Went there Saturday and my 2 year old son fell asleep in the trolley! Mo in management and Ahmed on CS were wonderful in giving him a pillow to make him comfy! That is what you call 110% amazing service and all round great people! Thank you once more!

The staff at this shop went above and beyond when my child had a seizure in the shop. I honestly cannot thank them enough for the help we received. Unbelievable service. Leigh and the other two ladies were amazing. Thank you so much

I buy snack size sausage rolls every Thursday for our club. None readily available so when I asked a very pleasant lady served me with the 3 bags I wanted.

We have some food and drinks in the cafe before shopping . Vicky was extremely helpful and professional. I have allergies and she went through the whole book of listed food and ingredients to find what I can have. Highly recommended place to visit.

Good range of products and they do the adult and child eat free meal deal in restaurant. Nice size portions too. Found what I was looking for today too 17/3/24

Today I was made to feel welcome and honored to have served in the British Armed forces as Morrisons in Strood carried on an old tradition and made everyone do a 2 minute silence for those that sacrificed their lives for our tomorrow.

Lovely Morrisons out in Strood Kent , big store , outside parking that is free but if your using a shopping trolley it costs £1

Morrisons in Strood was nice and tidy, they had most things I wanted, everything looked organised and they were helpful in getting some security based stuff done because some plastic bags were too light, before putting stuff into the bag.

Had a meal which was nice and got all my shopping

Fantastic day out for all. Truck racing I found was brilliant. Free camping and food is nice and not all that expensive

Perfect customer service, had a Morrison’s more card issue which was dealt with quickly and effectively, cannot fault the service at all... the product selection is good and the prices can be quite good

Fantastic team in the cafe in Morrisons Strood.
There were 13 of us attending a member of staffs retirement fish and chip supper and the Morrisons team offered us their Community Room.
Fabulous personal service, we had everything we needed to make it a very enjoyable event, even a good luck card and balloon!

Great store... Lots of stuff and facilities.
The refurb seemed designed to confuse and get you in new isles but it looks great.
Everything you'll need to not starve. And plenty of toilet roll for panicking.

Popped into the store about 10 minutes before close today (Sunday). Needed to grab some bottled water for the family at home as its 30 degrees outside!! Got to the till in the self check out section but had some difficulties making payment.
In spite of being very busy dealing with all of the other last minute shoppers, I had amazing help and service from Emma Wybrow. She is an excellent staff member who stayed cool under pressure and gave great service with a smile to match. Morrisons needs to keep this staff member... She's a diamond 💎 Give this girl a pay rise quick!!!

First time in this Morrisons and omg it was just fantastic. It was huge, clean and tidy and availability was second too none. They sold everything you could wish to think of and was great doing our shopping in there and made me wish we lived closer to that store. I can't find any fault if I'm honest. We got a couple of DVD'S and they was a great price £5 and £7 which was a great selling point. We both loved your store and maybe we will be back at some point in the future.

I do not go here often as out of my way. Usually friendly staff, good bakery and lots of variation.
