Costa Coffee

The guy that served we was super friendly and helpful when I needed to know about milk alternatives, coffee was great even had vegan cream! Very tasty, toilets were clean so was the whole place, nice place to get out the rain and get warm!

Very busy this morning, but ran super efficiently by three young girls....what a team....calm, fast, polite and 100% in control!! Great team work. 👏 (and lush cappucino!!)

Monday 29th, order food Was given the wrong sandwich (this happens) no issue they swapped it over for me. Which was fab!

Today I went in to order my regular Carmel frappe, and as a apology for Monday they gave the frappe for free :)

Staff are always polite and friendly.

This Costa branch is lovely, the atmosphere is really warm and homey and the staff a really nice and friendly. You can sit, chill and watch the world go by.

The shop was clean and tidy, they cleared empty cups quickly. They carried my coffee to the table. The toilet was clean. No problems.

First time used Costa coffee was pleasantly surprised

Staff here are always friendly. Quick service in clean surroundings and the coffee is consistently made to a high quality.

What can I say, it's a Costa. You always know what you are going to get. This particular one is great though, service was great and the place itself is well laid out and very comfortable. Plenty of comfy seats and it feels cosy.

The staff are so friendly and the seasonal drinks are to die for!! My favourite is black forest hot chocolate or irish velvet cream hot chocolate ❤ the cakes are delicious but a bit pricey.

Love this place "a latte"...ha get it? Nevermind! Always clean and comfortable. Cosy chairs compliment the relaxed atmosphere. Great coffees and large menu of drinks made by experience and friendly barista's.

Busy, friendly place, usual great coffee and delicious Carrot Cake, even better my wifes watch which slipped from her wrist whilst there was handed in and kept safe by the staff.

The food and coffee is typical of Costa but I like the Morpeth branch because the tables are well spaced with comfortable chairs making it easier to relax and enjoy your coffee.

Always a good cup of coffee , can collect points, if you don't mind doing a little survey, then generally send you a questionnaire after your visit, thereby able to give honest feedback..

Just had a delicious flat white and my husband has just had the best cortado he has ever had . Served by the delightful Sarah and made with love by the dazzling Daisy!

Great local Costa, very friendly and efficient staff. It was very busy at 11am on Saturday, but there's always a table free by the time you are served.
