Always a pleasant shopping experience. A good selection of chilled and frozen foods available plus a fair wine selection and small sections for tinned goods and bakery products. Some ladies wear is situated on the ground floor while lingerie, menswear and childrens clothes plus the cafe and toilets are upstairs, accessible by lift and escalator.

Usual quality fayre from M&S. Parking nearby is free, but can get busy so earlier is better. The surrounding shops are good quality, including high street brands (like Next) as well as independent, local businesses. Plenty on offer in store across the product range, including food hall, clothing, flowers, cards and cafe.

In general Marksies is Marksies but this one in particular is very clean and well stocked with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Main store is over 2 floors with a small restaurant/cafe on the second floor. Food in the cafe is varied, both hot and cold, reasonably priced and rather nice. Have used the cafe on several occasions for a mid shop break. Attached to the department store is an M&S food hall so can get groceries after your shopping spree and coffee break. Much needed in Morpeth and very convenient. Parking is ample opposite the store and behind the store and the store can be accessed from the pedestrian area near the bus station or through the Sanderson arcade from the main street.

I go daily to morpeth marks and spencers its a lovely place to shop cafe is amazing with the loveliest of staff nothing is a bother to them. The staff in the food hall are really good they are all willing to help you and give you best advice on offers they chat as they work and make you so welcome.
The clothes hall is small but pleasant with good staff also will order you anything you want. They should all be proud of their store.

Incredibly satisfied with the customer service I was given today with my sister. We came into the store to find a Colin the Caterpillar cake but there were none on the shelves. We then asked one of the employees if there were any more in the back, he went to check but sadly there was none. He showed us a variety of other cakes suitable for the age of the child we were buying the cake for. We decided we needed to get in contact with our step-mother before buying another cake as the kids are quite fussy. The employee then checked some nearby crates just as we were about to leave, and lo and behold, an abundance of Colin the Caterpillar cakes! Mr Ian Bates you are a life saver! And so helpful! Thank you!!

Went for bra fitting 25th sept 2021 . The lady was very helpful made me feel comfortable . Sorted my bra size out and purchased a bra . Had to order another on the website . Thank you

Was able to get everything I wanted on a £60 shop. However still annoyed with M&S for not selling pink grapefruit. Mind you neither do Waitrose or Sainsburys. However a local greengrocer does so apparently there is not a world shortage!

Lovely shop, full of clothes, accessories and good too. Lovely staff, very helpful.

Smaller edition of M&S good range of clothing but somewhat limited in choice we preferred Newcastle-upon-Tyne branch as better range of goods bit lacking in menswear depth but OK for shallow shopping

Love M&S. Quite a large range of clothing for small store. Over 2 floors , toilet and cafe. Has either lift or escalators. Also food store. Shop there alot when in Morpeth , Northumberland.

Great shop, could do with being a bit bigger. Served by a lovely lad today on food, pleasant and efficient wish I had taken his name.

Good choice of really nice garments just now. Nice location,
Right beside bus station,and close to Morpeth town centre.One of my favourite shops.There is a cafe there too.

Staff always pleasant and love certain items I wouldn't rate anywhere else e.g. best chicken Kiev and jumbo fish fingers😋😋

Good selection of the new Plant Kitchen range. Fruit & veg usual M&S quality (shame about the plastic tho).

Great store with lots of choice but not wheelchair friendly. Took my Granny in her wheelchair and it was very difficult to get around the store.
