Very pleased with the Click and Collect service at this Tesco branch. Staff efficient and friendly, becoming my go to store for C&C.

Me and my boyfriend just had the most delicious full breakfast. Top marks to the hard-working chef. Till staff were also really friendly.

I brought a tub of Gherkins and they tasted 10/10 they tasted just like Gherkins and I love itttt

Tesco like all the supermarkets has its good points you come here for. People today tend to visit a lot of different supermarkets to pick put the best of what they choose.

Normally do a click and collect which is very good. But this week I had a delivery to parkstone . Excellent service. Really nice young man who not only delivered it but even offered to bring it in for me. He was so polite and helpful, wished us a nice weekend, unfortunately I didn't ask his name. When your pensioners this makes our day. Will definitely use this service again

I walked in on crutches and I went to customer services to take back a pair of trousers as they didn’t fit so Victoria behind customer services went to see if they had another size and they didn’t so Victoria kindly let me do a refund and then I got money back on my card then the security on the door let me go out the barriers the wrong way thanks very much

Shop floor Girl called Milly was amazing at helping me and my friend find products that were out of stock on the shelf! So lovely to meet her! Made my day :)

Friendly and helpful service in the cafe and store generally. The cafe try their best to help fulfil your needs and pleasantly. The checkout assistants very helpful and customer friendly. Love shopping there

A good selection and plenty of scan and shop guns.

Unfortunately the scan and shop tills are closed most of the time.

This is our "home" store where we shop as a family at least once per week. I like the Clubcard prices. The store has recently been rearranged but I'm getting used to the new layout. Look out for reductions on chilled and bakery items

My go-to Supermarket in Poole! Plenty of parking, easy to fill up with fuel. Always plenty of parent and child parking available. In this day and age its lovely to see the same faces working in a shop I have shopped in for 5+years. And good to see plenty of youngsters given a chance to earn some cash. Also i love seeing staff having a laugh at work. Too many bore-off, stuck up, entitled whiners out there. Life is to short to take things to seriously.

Excellent shop, fantastic staff, especially Chantelle my 16th century maiden who remained calm where others did not during a fire alarm going off. If it wasn't for her, many people would have died that day.

There's a nice handsome young guy called Mace who helped me to find a lot of things that I couldn't find. I personally am a very old lady so I appreciate Mace's help a alot. This young guy should get a salary raise.

They realy do have some very beautiful girls working here, and they are very helpful and pleasant. To cap it all the shop carries a good selection of food products, most of which are reasonably priced.

Usually stop here for top up on food pet things or fuel, after working late, never had a bad service in the years, forecourt clean, shop also and has good stock of products.

i would like to give a big thank you to the young lady at your photo graphic department on Friday 31/7/15 between 12 & 1 o'clock for the help she gave me in printing my granddaughters prom photos i had no idea how to do it from my mobile. she was very polite and helpful. Thanks again

Very clean Covid safe plenty of free parking helpful staff and you can exchange and refund shoes clothes up to 100 days.

Not quite as big as fleetsbridge or castle lane, but it has most of the grocery ranges. The staff are really helpful and instead of pointing me in the direction of the canned veg, they took me there.

Excellent store always but some shelves needed re filling quicker which is annoying when I expect to come home with everything I needed.
