Costa is consistently reliable

Consistent, always hot and well made drinks every time, friendly staff and great manager. Clean.
Non-dairy milks always kept in the fridge where they should be, not left on the side in the heat like many costas. We regular customers really appreciate their work and care. Best Costa franchise in the area.

Always clean, very nice staff good for a bit of brunch

The staff at this costa are so friendly and helpful. I often come in with children or a baby and they carry my tray, ask if I need anything else and are smiley and attentive. The tables are cleaned more regularly than other costas as the staff look around and anticipate cleaning and preparing them. I can nearly always find a clear one. Lucia is particularly pleasant and helpful. I really enjoy coming in and know we can stop, rest, feed baby and get a nice coffee or lunch.

The staff (mostly called 'Sarah') are friendly and helpful. I've been previously and they'd remembered my regular order and had it waiting for when I'd gone through the check-out, which was a lovely touch. They make a great flat-white with good attention to detail.

1st time visit, very clean, tables cleared and sanitised, Coffee and food were excellent. Would visit again.

It's located in a small, new shopping centre, so it's more cars and concrete than grass or trees when you sit outside, but the range of food and drinks is good, service is friendly.

Handy coffee shop, do some shopping then pop in for a coffee. This time my lad and his mates went cinema, I sat and had a large coffee and read a book while I waited. Staff and service is always excellent…

Nice Costa shop we pop in here quite often mainly for a coffee but we have been known to have food. Always find the staff very happy and friendly we have never had a problem thanks.

Can't fault this place. Drinks were good, staff were friendly and attentive. I love that the Batista's wait until they have your full order before getting started. I find it unnerving that cafe Nero staff run off before I've even finished telling them what i want. I also noted this Costa has simple pictures of drink types etc for people unable to tell them their order. What a great touch.

Costa is lovely wherever in the world you are, there is always a large selection of coffees to choose from (I'm not quite sure what most of them are) then there is the gorgeous hot chocolate selections, at Christmas there is a fantastic black forrest variety which is to die for, also there is a selection of cakes and snacks

Until recently used to go here regularly but weve now moved so not possible. Wanted to say staff fabulous, very friendly and i will miss them loads.

Excellent service, was even given cream for free on my cake and apologie from staff. Good Costas now do this as long as you are buying a meal, Great stuff. Food was great. Wide selection of hot and cold sandwiches and cakes.

Staff bring hot food to the table and check your food is ok, they even offer to take dirty plates away if you have finished with the main and about to eat dessert.

Environment is very clean and toilets are very clean too. Disabled access to all areas of this outstanding Costa branch. Management are amazing as are all the staff.

SHOCK HORROR - MAY 2017

45P TO HAVE A SQUIRT OF CREAM ON THE. CAKE AFTER SPENDING £18 ON FOOD. BAD, OTHER CUSTOMERS SHOCKED. MENTIONED TO WAITRESS AND SHE SAID NOTHING. VERY RUDE.

Really nice service, excellent food and support. I have been in with some disabled friends and they always go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Really polite and friendly. Plus its next to the Empire 7 Screen Cinema which is awesome.

Always great coffee served well by clean, friendly, approachable staff in comfortable surroundings.

Nice comfy clean place. Never feel rushed to leave. Staff always really friendly.
