Richmond Falls

Visited Friday 3rd May.
Nice walking area, and good clear looking water.
Plenty of car parking a short walk away, and a refreshment cabin at the falls area car park.
Will definitely come back and get into the water soon

Perfect for the kids 3 and 6! Love throwing stones in and messing about. Car park was empty ish shame I couldn't pay by card and have a bit longer( only the loose change out of the car)

Lovely place to visit, nice walk the toilets are 20p and the cafe is ok but a little expensive. There is some free parking just before the main car park if you are lucky.

Wow wow wow.. what a beautiful place in a beautiful town.. you can sit so close to the waterfall you can actually feel its power..+ salmon or trout were jumping when I was here! The Town itself is stunning 😍 October 9th 2023.

Absolutely stunning place .. dog friendly, picnic areas , free parking for disabled drivers, only £3.50 for 4hrs ... will definatley visit again.

Lovely place to visit if you like waterfalls being on a Sunday didn't pay for parking which is a bonus. Short walk along river bank then walked up a steep bank to the castle worth a visit you do pay to get in if not a heritage member we enjoyed it as a family then walked to the shops in the market before stopping for sunday dinner at the oldest pub in Richmond called the Bishops Blaize worth a visit 😀 👍

Very lovely area to go for a walk in. All my family loved it here. and also a very peaceful place .I would recommend this to any tourists here

A fantastic place to go on a lovely hot day. Lots of families out enjoying a paddle and having picnics next to the river. Well worth a trip.

Easy access 👍 good parking (pay and display)with facilities a few minutes from falls.

A natural wonder. Absolutely beautiful. There's a lovely coffee and ice cream shop too. The car park can be quite busy, so get there early

Superb place to visit. Great walking spots close by. We went running up the hills instead of walking. Deffo recommended for trail running in the area although you have to drive 20-30 mins to the hills near Reeth.
Great market town with pubs. We’ll be back.

Lovely walk along with the dogs to the grassed area which was full of rabbits and squirrels this was 7pm the falls were really loud fabulous 👌

Beautiful location to see the waterfall. We came as part of the Town trail that takes you around the town and along the castle walls! Car park adjacent to the falls and plenty of seating! You can walk along here following the river towards The Batts

A great little place to visit. We walked down to the falls from the town centre and consequently had to walk back up, what became a rather tiring hill climb. All in all well worth it but if you are elderly beware of that walk back,

Great Place to visit in Summer time. Can enjoy waterfall,bath and many more with water. Free parking upper side on Market but nominals charge at front of Waterfall 50p for Half and hours. Good location peaceful. Many Cafe and Bars on the high street. I literally enjoyed my visit.

Lovely relaxing location down by the falls

A beautiful location to take a stroll. There are toilets in the car park here, but they're not free to use! Lovely wide grassed area for children to run around safely.
