i am very thankful for the workers here as i was getting grabbed and pulled by people i used to trust.they don’t like me and i don’t like them and luckily my friend that was with me told a worker! and that worker told us , to go to the shops we needed to, then to come back here and she would walk us to the bus stop! she was lovely and waited with me and my friend until we got on the bus. I love how there are actually people out here like this! ❤

Good range of products in this larger outlet. Usual multiple cosmetic and perfume concessions. Large selection of pharmaceutical products to treat all ailments. As well as health related electrical, kids clothing and toys. Descent range of christmas holiday multi pack toiletries, some on 3 for 2 deals.

Our only problem was asking for previous Boots loyalty points from a previous purchase. Needs to be done by a supervisor and only 1 on duty, added 6-7 mins at the tills. Final thing is they insist on making checkout staff stand for their whole shift. Give them a break Boots Mgt. Customers don't care if they are sitting.

Love this place. You get suncream, drugstore makeup,premium skincare, branded makeup and even kids clothing, baby toilet accessories, nappies. When you start feeling hungry after shopping for a long time you can grabthe meal deals for a quick lunch as well.

Boots has something for everyone whether the budget is small or big. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Large store with everything you would need from a pharmacy. Went there to buy perfumes for my wife. A great range of perfumes and plenty of offers. Staff were helpful. Located in Gyle Shopping Centre which has more than adequate number of parking spaces.

Plenty shaving stuff for men.

Boots Opticians- Visited on Tuesday and spoke to Katie.I had broken my glasses and the ones I was wearing were cutting into my nose. Within 10 mins new frames ordered and my current ones adjusted and cleaned and no more pain. What a star. I then get a phone call under 48hrs later to tell me they were all ready. Popped in on the Friday to arrange a time to come in and get them fitted. Was taken right away and nothing was a bother. They adjusted my new ones, supplied me a cleaning cloth and cleaned my current ones again. This is what customer service is all about. You, Katie a d the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing and I will keep on recommending Boots Opticians to everyone.

Helped out by 2 lovely ladies today. I was in store looking for a certain foundation, and despite the make up area being refurbished and closed off, they went out of their way to get me the product. Excellent customer service experience!

I would like to leave this review after my visit to your Gyle shop this weekend. Went to the Elizabeth Arden makeup counter and met Helen. She was very helpful and one of the nicest members of staff I have ever met (in any shop I have been in). She is a definite asset to your company.

Other half was getting her eyes tested so meandered around store. Bright, airy, well signposted and well laid out store. As usual I messed up at the self service till but staff quickly on scene to assist. Great service.

Being of a certain age I need glasses and find boots to have the most checks ie 3d scan puffer for measuring pressure on eyeballs depth perception and a great selection of frames and great staff

It's boots (old school,but all the better for it), but item we purchased for my wife(hair clips), much better quality/value than 'claire's accessories' in same shopping centre

A very large Boots with a huge selection of the more high end beauty and skincare counters including MAC and Fenty. Very helpful staff member helped me find a night cream. This branch is way better in terms of choice than the Prince's Street store.

Lovely service. Had a make over from the no 7 counter and when I went to till with more products I wanted to purchase. Told about beauty event night happening so I could come get some free samples of new things to try. Excellent

Large store well spaced out. Lots of Xmas items 3 for 2 . Depends on what you're looking for.

Boots carried out my eye test and supplied and fitted. The glasses of my choice in a friendly and efficient manner.

Usually fairly busy but they have a massive range of skincare/haircare and make up brands, always find what I’m looking for, staff always seem friendly and approachable
