Scotts Bar & Restaurant

Waiters were friendly and regularly checked on us. Drinks were good, the seabass was cooked well and tasty with the fried gnocchi and vegetables. My husband enjoyed the Mac and cheese.
Amazing view over the water and bridges!

Portions were on the smaller side, but everything was delicious and well presented. Loved the ambiance and thought the menu was varied and interesting. The free parking was the cherry on the top! Would definitely recommend Scotts for any time of the day.

Fantastic meal very clean and modern,staff are fantastic with a great atmosphere. Must book place and go for a fantastic night out. Stayed extra for a few whisky rounds. Cocktail bar is good.

Had a lovely breakfast. The venue is very chic with plenty of room between tables.
Food was really nice and well cooked. Excellent value too.
Plenty of parking outside. The parking is free if you register your vehicle with the restaurant when you go in.
Location is just off the bridge if you're coming into Edinburgh from the North so an easy detour.

Wow! This restaurant is spectacular! Amazing inside and out, the views from our table were absolutely breathtaking! The food, especially my Bloody Mary Prawn Cocktail starter was the best I have ever had!
The staff were attentive and looked after us very well, I will be back and I can't wait!

We had our Christmas Lunch here and it was just absolutely fantastic! Great service and 3 delicious meals all around! Everyone cleared their plates! One of the best festive meals I have ever had. Would definitely go again!

Fantastic food, people and service. No complaints what so ever.

If I had to be brutally honest it was a little noisy, like a school dining hall. Just cross over noise as it was really busy.
Also tables seemed too high for the chairs and I felt like a small child sitting at the big table.

However none of this detracted from the whole reason for going. The wonderful food, which was not a let down.
Finally, I loved the fish tank.

We had a fantastic bar lunch here, and all the food that came out from the kitchen was delicious. I couldn't fault any of it. Prices were on par for the area. It's better to pre book a table to guarantee getting in as it's usually very busy. The servers were polite, prompt, and well presented. Fantastic views of the bridges and over the water to North Queensferry. The restaurant gives you free parking, so don't pay when you park outside. On the bar at reception there is a tablet which is linked to the parking company, just fill in your car reg and hey presto free parking. It's a private car park outside with cameras on the way in, there is no machine to get a ticket, so if you are not using the restaurant you will have to pay using your mobile.

All good , Dimitri very helpful and excellent service, nice touch for birthday celebration and steaks were absolutely delicious and spot on regards cooking requirements. Love the views and the atmosphere is always great 👍🏼

What a lovely place to stop for tea/coffee and cake or a meal.
Great views over the Forth and the 3 bridges.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Plenty of free parking.
It was very busy and we had to wait for a table for the 4 of us.
The staff said it is always busy, which is a good sign so i will reserve a table in advance next time.

Visited Scott’s for my daughter’s 18th birthday. Lovely vibe in the restaurant and was so busy, even for a Monday evening. Food was fantastic and staff were very attentive. Have 2 peanut allergies in the family and they were aware of it even before we sat down and checked in with us throughout the meal. They gave us a table which looked right out over the bridges which made the evening even better. Will definitely be back.

Visited for dinner, got a lovely welcome at the desk from a very enthusiastic hostess.

Food was really good but some of the young staff need to be told to watch cues for when people have finished or not finished eating as they tried to clear one of our plates when one of us was still eating.

Just an amazing night at Scott's restaurant. Came through from Glasgow and enjoyed a fabulous meal. Not to be missed

I always have a great time at Scotts. The food is great but the setting is even better. Lots of space so I can bring my pram in without too much trouble. The staff are really friendly too.

First visit for my husband and I on our anniversary. Staff made us feel very special. The service was excellent and food was delicious.
Everything about it was fabulous. Will definitely be back.

We went to Scotts last night to celebrate my son's 23rd birthday there were six of us we had the Scotts speciality seafood shearer and the lobster and prawn mac and cheese to name a few everything was delicious the service was professional and friendly we all had a great time they took our coats away and brought them back when we were leaving this was not our first visit just one of many as I had a boat in the marina for several years i would go as far as to say one of the best restaurants in Fife for continually providing all aspects of dining out cant wait till we go again.
