Great and modern leisure centre and really family friendly

I used to come here when it was the old building and the original swimming pool.. Now it's the best.. The facilities are second to none, staff are fabulous and great coffee area. The gym and class staff are superb and always on hand if you have a problem and always happy to assist.
It's beautifully clean, looked after and a pleasure to attend. The prices also are reasonable.
Keep up the good work!

Lovely swimming pool except cold in pool and a lot of water on floor on changing rooms especially by lockers by ladies toilets

Great facilities great value. Staff are brilliant especially Ellen on reception, she doesn't believe in problems just solutions! Cherie who served me in the cafe is really friendly and helpful even when you can see it's really busy, the strong integrity of the team show's. It's a happy place to be and you're always met with a warm welcome. Thank you 😊

I'm in a wheelchair and everywhere is accessible, with disabled loos and changing room. Excellent gym and the swimming pool even has disabled sessions on a Sunday. Friendly knowledgeable staff too. Great value for me too, I get membership through the "fit for life" programme so it's only £16.50 a month.

Bright and welcoming reception area. Pleasant and helpful staff. Combined changing rooms may not suit everyone, but the cubicles were a good size and there were plenty of lockers. Both the changing room and the pool were pleasantly warm.

Was very impressed with the soft play area. It was clean and well maintained with a nice spacious cafe staffed by a very obliging young lady . Thoroughly enjoyed by my 3 grandsons aged 2, 6 and 9.

I wanted to get a workout in in unusual circumstances and Andrew at reception was so helpful and generous with his time. From what I saw the facilities were great and the staff were incredibly helpful

Brilliant, now restrictions lifted. Free parking, disabled access, disabled parking, cafe, Pool side viewing, soft play for the little ones. Staff are more than obliging, and considerate to the younger learners. Not personally used upstairs gym facilities, lessons of all kinds available

Staff very warm and welcoming.
A fun, clean & tidy safe environment for toddlers and young children to play. Cafe with great refreshments while you wait with seating area..
We will definitely be going again very soon.

Very helpful, polite staff. free parking. Has all the spar luxuries at a very reasonable price. Clean. Newly built. Credit to Monmouth. Squash courts, Steam room, Sauna, Gym etc. Even has a special gym for Seniors. Highly recommended :-)

Great leisure centre at great prices. Our granddaughter loves swimming and soft play. Friendly and professional staff and the cafe staff are so helpful. Very lucky to have this facility nearby.

Had a great day doing refresher training with the fitness team and taking them through the functionality of the new skillbike. The gym looks great and they are all ready and enthusiastic to welcome members back after the 4th May!

Family run business, Sue (the boss) was personally interested in our needs, staff were very helpful and happy to have a nice chat with us. We felt welcomed and enjoyed the canoeing trip down the river Wye. Very nice day out for our family. Thank you and see again.

Great gym and spa.

Full of nice people and great facilities. Parking is easy and there is easy access to lots of facilities and even a cafeteria. I mainly go with my Grandchildren to their Softplay area.

Great spa facilities and really friendly staff, affordable and convenient, will definitely use again!
