Very well presented, charming and beautiful collection of holiday cottages. Very clean, fully kitted out with all you’d need for a relaxing holiday in the country. Make sure to use the pool and seek out the games room, complete with pool table and ping pong.

An amazing place for a family break. Comfortable, clean, games, pool, and very close to local attractions.

Fantastic self catering barn conversions accommodating up to 18 people, Well appointed complete with separate large swimming pool and child friendly toddler pool.

What can I say, we had over 30 people come to a 60th party over a period of 9 days. Amanda and Brian they were brilliant in catering for our needs, I have to say the perfect hosts, nothing seemed to faze them even though we were changing things at the last minute. Our guests were stunned by the accommodation especially the Roundhouse, everyone would go back. Enough said, highly recommended

We stayed here for my birthday and had the most amazing time.
There was over 20 of us so we can reliably comment on a wide selection of the accommodation.
All the rooms were fabulous. Clean, tidy and comfortable.
The heating was great (and needed) as this was in October and not too warm outside.
The owners were amazing and couldn't do enough for us, from recommending walks, local pubs and general day to day stuff.
The WiFi kept the youngsters happy and the pool was a massive hit with everyone.
Would I go again? YES YES YES in a heartbeat.

The house itself was extremely spacious good for socialising but more than enough room if wanting some alone time
Outside was a lovely garden and park for the children with a large patio with BBQ, indoor swimming pool & games room
Location within driving distance to surrounding towns, villages, zoo even a golf course

I arrived yesterday Friday afternoon I have instantly fallen in love with Devon the holiday homes are amazing, very clean and well maintained, comfortable beds the underfloor heating is amazing there’s a built in water well in the kitchen which is a beautiful feature the farmers are very friendly it’s well worth a visit I’m definitely coming back again I advise to book

Perfect Holiday location

We stayed here in the roundhouse for my 30th birthday. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room to not be under each others feet. Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and games room. Some small areas needed some tlc like the garden bushes needed trimming back. Loved Nelly the black cat saying hello. Definitely would come back felt at home 🥰

Absolutely beautiful place. It was so nice to stay somewhere that could fit the whole family. A couple kitchen items were dirty and sound travelled a lot making it hard for some members to sleep if there were people in the kitchen area. Very spacious, I loved the communal space, gardens and seating arrangements.

The large double bedroom with walk in shower at the very bottom was beautiful, it reminded me of an old manor house, my Grandma loved the under floor heating in the bathroom. The windows were hard to open but there were beautiful views. Ideal place for a large family. There were 17 of us. There was a sweet little black cat that visited us and got lots of cuddles from everyone.

Stayed here before and still worth it in the Roundhouse. Our family 8 adults and 5 children aged between 2-5. We all fit with plenty of room in the communal areas. Ensuite bathrooms for every bedroom - 7/8.

WIFI - although very slow as it's connected to the 3G rather than a landline. You'll also end up moving the box around to keep the signal.

Heated indoor swimming pool only 40 meters away. Games room.

It is lovely. Plus the owner left a cake for us!!

I marked it down to 4* as there are a few things starting to have a bit of wear and tear about them. I'm being picky.

The other reason for the 4* is this painting... I'll let you judge...
