I called to request a new outside drain from my kitchen. A perfect job despite the horrendous rain and wind. Great staff and loved that the main guy was teaching the young apprentice at each step. Great price would highly recommend. Huge thanks.

Have just had two smashing lads called Harris and Jack replacing an old lead pipe causing drainage issues which Harris had cleared earlier in the week.They arrived on time, worked non stop and most importantly did a very good job. They stopped to discuss a hiccup along the way and offered their opinions while we decided which alternative to take. This is the third time I have used this company in the last 5 yrs. A cheaper option than a certain bigger named company but a first class job on each occasion. I would recommend them.

Extremely efficient service. Delighted with the result. Both the guy who replaced the drain and the lad who turned up to jet and film the system explained everything really well and had great approach to customers.

Called Rapid Response Drain Care out of hours on a Sunday after realising our sewer drains were blocked. Spoke to Graham who was extremely helpful and said he would get an engineer out to us ASAP. The engineer , Jack then attended very quickly and had our drains unblocked and sorted within about 15 minutes of arriving. He went the extra mile and cleared some problematic surface water drains that I questioned him about whilst he was here.

Overall a very professional company and two really nice lads that we dealt with. Very reasonably priced and nowt was a bother for them. I would highly recommend them!

Called Rapid Response on a Sunday after realising our sewer drain was blocked. Spoke to Graham who was extremely helpful and got an engineer to us very quicky. Jack cleared the drain as best he could but discovered there was an issue further down the street which was having an impact on our drainage and advised us to speak to the water board. He was very good, explained everything he had done and our next steps. Graham and the rest of the team were fantastic. Gave great advice and support, were friendly and professional at all times, we would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

We recently had an issue with one of our outside drains backing up. I spoke with Graham at Rapid Response Drain Care and he was extremely professional, polite and friendly. One of the engineers came out to our home very quickly and sorted the issue with no fuss. They did a great job and left no mess. I would definitely recommend Graham and his team at Rapid Response Drain Care and will use them again in future should we have any other issues.

Had a problem with our soil pipe , large hole on the bend before it got to the main drain pipes . Very quick response from them , an excellent job done by all , went above and beyond. Would give 10 stars if I could , would highly recommend this company on our experience. 👍👍👍👍👍

These guys are very very good at what they do !! With an upstairs drain blockage you really do need a rapid response and that is what you get from them. An urgent morning phone call resulted in a noon day appearance and a swift camera inspection revealed rubble from a previous extension build lodged in an upstairs pipework bend. The guys set to work and the blockage was very quickly cleared away. A subsequent camera check however revealed a residual build up in the pipework. They were never going to leave until the pipework was completely clear.
Highly specialised equipment was required and a phone call by the guys to a colleague resulted in the appearence of a second van. Specialist equipment operator on the job and Hey Presto - pipework completely clear !!
All tidied up - no mess -very very professional and a smile on their faces. A grateful thank you to Graham and his competent workforce for a job very well done. Highly recommended.

Had a lot of work carried out on the drains down the side of our house. Drains damaged, cracked and blocked by root growth from surrounding trees. Rapid Response where very professional, efficient, reliable, worked well and got on with the job. Did the work in two parts and on both occasions they were quick to respond and accommodated all of our requirements.

Would recommend.

Amazing professional service called them at 5.30 on Friday and the engineer was here by 8.30 following morning. 30 minutes later drains were clear and all this two days before Christmas

Graham came and unblocked the drains - used the camera to check things were clear - took time.e to do a good job - all staff friendly and helpful -would definately reccomend them.
My parents used them for a blocked drain and ere also delighted with the good service and prompt response.

I was guided to Rapid response by a good guy from the water authority and I’m so glad that I did, they were prompt on the first visit they found the problem almost immediately and they came back the next morning and cracked on with the job in hand, what a fantastic professional job I would certainly recommend them to any one 👍

Came out to add a new drain for an extension. A very polite and professional team. We would have no hesitation in using them again.
