I took my car for it's annual service and MOT. Booking the appointment online was simple enough, and I think their prices are very reasonable. This firm was recommended to me by the RAC and I think justifiably. The team are friendly and helpful, and altogether the firm has won my confidence.

Making the appointment for a repair to my car was easy and quickly booked. On the day I got a phone call telling me what the fault was, with a clear explanation, and when I picked the car up, I was shown the damaged disc that had been replaced, given a clear explanation of the problem with advice and reassurance about my car, all in a straightforward and non-patronising way - thank you gentlemen, not all your industry colleagues are so pleasant to deal with. But there was one more thing - the loud squeak on the driver's side door had been fixed without my asking and I really appreciate it! So do my neighbours! Thank you very much indeed.

Would definitely recommend this garage to anyone. Been taking my car here for a couple of years now and the staff are always friendly and professional. They keep any old part of the car that has been replaced so they can show you which parts they've renewed and why. I really appreciate that they do this because I'm not mechanically minded at all.

Been using this garage for a while now and today was the best service from them ever. Clutch, bearing, drive shaft and ABS sensor for a LOT less than I was expecting. The staff are always great too.

2nd year I’ve taken my car here for MOT, and I will not be going anywhere else. Friendly approach, nothing is too much trouble and they take the time to go through any results and never charge for anything unecessary. Finally a garage I can trust and have faith in, for someone who gets very anxious about this type of stuff this is so important. Would strongly recommend and have been telling everyone about this gem of a garage.

Excellent service at Croxdale Durham Fast Fit, if you run a classic or modern classic with solid wheel centres it is increasingly hard to find garages with the adapters to balance the wheels but Croxdale have them and can book you in, would highly recommend 👍

Took my car here for a bulb change, sounds simple but not on my car - as it's inaccessible through the engine bay. Left it with them and not long after both bulbs changed and for a bargain price. Very happy, saved me a lot of hassle. Very professional too. 100% recommended.

A very good garage for service repairs. Always first class job. They do my Jaguar and my wife's car and had no problems. They ensure Jaguar has correct parts and oils and discuss all items to be done. Confident the cars are being looked after with them.

Had a tyre issue enroute from Newcastle to Manchester and pulled in here in the hopes they could help! They reassured us

A particular bonus for me is they are open weekends. I've been here for general work and I've had my car towed there by the AA on a Saturday afternoon. Each time they've been friendly, clear to the point and turn around the job reasonably quickly. Something I like a lot is where possible they will show you the replaced parts at payment to explain the extent of the issue. An honest garage, reasonably priced and open weekends. Great.

I really like this garage. We ve used them for tyres brakes and air conditioning re charge and they re always honest and good value. I’ve seen some very poor practice in nearby national chains but the people here seem much more professional and to take care in the work they complete- won’t use any other garage now.

We had a couple of problems with our car. Croxdale kept us informed of progress and offered solutions. They did the work quickly and efficiently and we were very impressed. I will be using them for all work on our car from now on.

After years of being ripped off by other garages I was eager to give Croxdale Fast Fit Consett a try as I've heard a lot of good things about it. Thorough, friendly, and fast service - no complaints at all. 10/10 - will be back for all of my future MOT and servicing needs.
