Purchased a new build for around £350,000 they tiled my en-suite and WC incorrectly (different tiles to what we selected). So both rooms had to be fully stripped and re-tiled.. After replacing we had issues with the standard of work. Including a leaking toilet, incorrectly fit shower tray, damaged shower tray etc. Miller homes refuse to replace the tray as they state it can just be re-fit. Even though its been used and weakened and had poor previous smart repair. This is one example of the issues we have had. Also had issues with noisy floorboards, chipped tiles and more. 2* because they could have been worse but I expected better.
