Tesco Extra

My Clubcard app said there was a vacuum cleaner in stock but when I got there I was informed that it was still out back as it was part of a new promotion. Sue kindly spent a good 10 minutes trying to find it for me but it was a lost cause because there was just too much that had been delivered and all in brown boxes. It’s Christmas and an incredibly busy time but she made the effort and went above and beyond customer service

I love this store.apart from it being my corner shop so very convenient it has a large car park security and surveillance cameras. It is clean in the aisles and wide for pushchairs/wheelchairs. Staff are always friendly and helpful. They always make a point of making conversation whilst loading/paying/packing at the tills. Which I like as someone who can't get out much,misses communication. So thank you staff sometimes it's the highlight of my day. Prices are always the best they can do.

Tina was very helpful. I got a meal deal but someone put a multi-pack in the wrong place so she quickly got me 3 other options to choose and kept smiling and being friendly. Excellent customer service.

I was in need of some boxes for packing. Vee rang to ask what type I needed and rough amount. She arranged for a warehouse trolley to be stacked with boxes for me to wheel to the car.

When I arrived, all was ready.

Large airy store with really low prices, plenty of fresh products and lots of bargains with club card prices.

hate food shopping but it has to be done. under going a few alterations staff on the scan and shop are top notch specially the girl called Gemma who normally works late on Monday night
