Friendly staff helped us pick out harnesses for our sausage dogs . They have loads of birds including some I've never seen before .

Great pet shop, wide variety of products to buy for your pets, such as food, toys, leads, collars.
Prices are very reasonable, really nice friendly service.
Bedding plants available for the summer months.
Parcel pick up and drop off point available here also.

Julie's pets is a fantastic shop for Newton Aycliffe. There is a wide variety of pet foods, toys, products and even animals. They have reasonable prices and most things are very affordable. I go there a lot and have been getting fish for my aquarium just recently. They take in livestock from breeders too. The staff are very friendly and helpful when needed. Good customer service. Easy worth the 5* rating.

Bought a a full starter kit for raising a bunny, including a bunny for under £90! Julie was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave great advise on taking care of my rabbit. Definitely recommend.

Phoned for a specific white spot treatment early morning.gary said he was going to the warehouse and would see if he could get it .foned back at 12.30 and it was in the shop excellent srvice

Great local pet shop, with a wide variety of potential pets for sale along with the accessories they may need. Hamsters that are handled regularly and a lovely Cockatoo to greet you through the door with a Hello. Fantastic shop and is a must when shopping for pet supplies.

Animals are extremely well looked after and service is fantastic. Bought our lovebirds from there and staff are extremely knowledgeable.

Great shop. Always well stocked with plenty of choice and a range of products for many species. Every time I visit the live animals are always clean and have fresh food and water. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. They will also do their best to get the item you need if they do not have it in stock.

Visited today for help with our new corn snake. Spoke over the phone to Gary and Julie helped us in store when we arrived soon after the phone call. Great advice, had what we needed in stock. We will be visiting regularly for all our animal needs. Thank you.

Absolutely love Julie's Pets, it's one of those proper old school pet shops with birds and reptiles and bunnies! The only problem I have is getting my kids to come home after I've finished buying what we need! I've stopped buying products for my dog online as I want to support my local businesses, Julie's Pets gets my support every time now.
