Weekday staff are lovely and can't be more helpful, unfortunately haven't found the same on a weekend. As a result I now get delivery, or only shop during the week.

Absolutely love Durham Animal Feeds for my dogs! Perfect balance of good quality and good value raw food, plus I now get all of their other treats (biscuits and rabbits ears) directly from DAF and miss the pet shop mark up. Personally I much prefer buying from a smaller independent company. Highly recommended!

Lee and his team have supplied awesome quality and value for money raw pet food for many years. Great product knowledge too. Drivers are the most polite and humerus you will ever meet, and really helpful. Always on time too. Highly recommend

Durham Animal Feeds have gone above and beyond today! I am a long serving customer and I have never been disappointed with their delivery service, orders have always been spot on and their customer service is 5 star. Always happy to help with a warm and friendly disposition. Today Durham Animal Feeds changed my order delivery address at the last minute when I was poorly. They made me feel comfortable with the inconvenience I must have been causing and my order was successfully delivered by another lovely guy with a friendly smile to the alternative address which was in a totally different town and area code. Been using Durham for a while now and have to say the quality of the food is excellent, good communication on deliveries too. Had an issue with a delivery recently and it was dealt with just how Customer service should. Would recommend Durham animal feeds for its customer service alone!

Very narrow to get in with an articulated vehicle but once you're in there the guys will see your trailer very very quickly couldn't ask for more

We LOVE this company. Poor chap had van trouble yesterday so the dogs grub was running late but everyone was really communicative and when it arrived just now, the lovely man was so (unnecessarily - car trouble happens!) apologetic. Our dogs go nuts for this raw stuff and it's soooooo handy to have it all delivered in bulk. Can't recommend these people enough!

Excellent value for money, very friendly basil absolutely loves his food now. Shame you can't get more whole rabbits in though they are his favourite

Great selection of food, my dog loves the raw frozen dinners.
Delivery costs can be a little high, but I now pop into the factory shop and buy direct.

Note : if you do visit the shop, kirst ner prepared for the smells!! Some days it can be quite fragrant.

Great company, highly recommend the products they produce. The dogs love meal times and i personally can't fault their customer service, always willing to go above and beyond. They have high quality products for really good prices and are very helpful on the supporting you on a swap to raw food. Wouldn't use anyone else!

Only had one delivery so far from DFA, but I've got to say that I am delighted with the quality and delivery of my order. I was recommended them by a friend of mine, and find that my dogs (who have been on a raw diet for about three years) absolutely love the varieties I have bought for them. I merely top my raw mix with a spoonful of mixed cooked vegetables, a teaspoon of olive oil and a teaspoon of Keeper's Mix. All three of my dogs are in excellent health and my vet seems to think I'm doing something right - which is hugely pleasing. Can't recommend DFA highly enough. Thank you.

Started raw feeding my five year old border collie last week. Although she has always been very active, she now seems to have boundless energy, almost puppy like again. Her coat looks great and the itching (which I think may have been down to dry dog food) has almost stopped. I've bought another load of food today for £20, meals and treats which will last about eighteen days. Just over a pound per day to feed my dog pure meat without additives, is a bargain!

My Frenchie has been on Durham raw dinners for over a year now and she loves it. Customer service is spot on as well. I put an order in and last minute I noticed that I added lamb by accident so I contacted them through Instagram and they happily changed my order. Delivery drivers are always helpful and cracking a smile! I would definitely recommend Durham raw food!
