Had a lovely morning at the Fish Tank today with my granddaughter.Superb changing rooms ,where there is a no shoes policy in place, which I applaud. Showers are easy to use ,and clean toilets and changing cubicles, each fitted with a baby changing station.
The pool is a great temperature that aids enjoyment with plenty of space to move around.
The two female staff members I came into contact with were extremely friendly and helpful.
We had lunch in the cafe which was reasonably priced.
The experience was well worth the money.

Brilliant place lovely welcoming, polite and talkative staff. Absolutely lovely small areas with different activities and food. Took my son here twice to swim because of the heated pool and do not regret it. Plenty of swimming stuff to buy on site. Small groups perfect for the smaller or first time children definitely will be coming here every chance I get.

I absolutely love this place. It is just a small pool and is only 1.2m deep all round but that is what makes it so good, you can take your child for a swim without big kids getting in the way and without lane swimmers tuting at you. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I had been meaning to bring my son here for a while and finally came yesterday. We went in the sensory room, which was lovely. The staff greet you with a warm welcome and go above and beyond to accommodate you. Will definitely be back in the near future. The hot chocolate and sweet treats are a bonus too!

We have been watching our little boy develop his abilities here over the past few years - since newly born through to the present day where his swimming is blossoming. a lovely, warm and approachable team in a clean and pleasant setting.

Went at the right time. Mid week med day. Only the 5 of us in the pool. Lovely place, very clean and great staff. Small pool but great if there are 10 or less people. Can see it getting cramped if at full capacity, quoted 20-25 ppl depending on numbers of children. Worth asking to hire the whole pool if you have a large group. Lovely and warm. Amazing hot showers (not the push to work type) with shampoo provided & good changing rooms. Feels very private if just your group. Free secure lockers provided.

Lovely warm pool and changing rooms. Pool area clean and well lit. Baby changing in each cubicle is fantastic and spacious cubicle showers too. Only issue was lack of shower toiletries we under stand due to people taking them. Hopefully they will invest in lockable units so they are available for people to use but not able to be misused. Would have loved some toys in the pool for the baby and toddler session but these can be bought at reception so in hindsight we understand probably why they’re not provided.

Today was the 3rd time we took our 5 month old swimming at the fish tank and we always have a fab time. Today my little one started to get a bit fussy in the pool as he was hungry so I got out and let the member of staff know that I was going to quickly feed the baby in the changing rooms, the member of staff informed me that there was no need for us to leave the pool as I was more than welcome to breastfeed in the pool. My little one loved this and even had a little sleep whilst floating around! It’s so refreshing to see establishments not only accepting breastfeeding but actively encouraging it in public places 😊

We've been here twice now with my 3 month old (both visits this week). The first visit was a general swim and the second was a free trial swimming lesson. The online booking process was simple and there was ample parking on arrival.

A member of staff greeted us straight away and was friendly and welcoming. The changing rooms were clean and well laid out - shampoo and body wash are provided in the showers. The pool was lovely and nice and warm (32 deg c) so baby was very comfortable. There was a lifeguard there at all times and she showed us how to safely get in and out of the pool (using a doll to demonstrate). There were only a few other people so it was great just to have relaxing, bonding time with baby.

The swim trial went the same as I've just decribed but we were under instruction. The instructor was lovely, friendly and informative. She interacted great with the babies and adults alike.

I'd certainly recommend The Fish Tank and The Happy Swim Co to others, as would my baby. Keep up the excellent work guys!

Just had my 6 year old Twins Birthday Party here today. They were desperate for a Swimming Party & this being our first visit to The Fish Tank, didn't disappoint.
The girl who looked after us was just lovely!
The kids absolutely loved the pool! As did the adults! Sole use of the pool for an hour, followed by Pizza & Chips! What more would you want turning 6! The pool is warm, the kids could splash and make as much noise as they wanted! They didn't want to get out! All the parents said it was such a lovely party and something different to the usual! Absolutely recommend and we would love to come back!

We take our two year old here for swimming lessons with the Happy Swim Company, and we would never go anywhere else! A gorgeous warm pool with clean, modern and spacious changing rooms, a lovely bright open spaced café with a great choice of foods and a lovely little area for the children to play. I've never had a bad coffee either! If you are looking to take little ones swimming, particularly if it's for the first time, I would 100% recommend the Fish Tank.

Great facilities; clean, spacious & finished to a nice standard. Cafe was also nice to have something afterwards. We had a little issue with payment (we overpaid on the system), although we couldn't get a refund on the day, the owner of the business rang us the day after to apologise for the inconvenience with a gift card for a return visit. Great customer service. We will be back and recommend to families who want a great swimming experience

Coming to the Fish Tank for Happy Swim lessons is the highlight of my and my toddlers week. The tool is clean and warm, and the changing rooms are perfect for the little ones. We almost over stay after the class to enjoy a snack and a play in the little indoor play area. There’s also a little show where you can get all things swimming. Such a great venue and absolutely lovely staff, worth a weekly visit.

The kids always enjoy going here. It's always clean & tidy when arriving & everything is in good condition & working. The only negative is the price & the food isn't cheap either but it is tasty.

First experience of a pool for our little dude. He's 19 months and with C19 it was our first opportunity when we felt it was safe enough to go. The pool is an ideal size with a constant depth. It was a lovely temperature and the team running the pool all wonderful and helpful. They have a good one way system with changing to help with space. The cafe offerings looked fab but we were unable to sample due to time constraints. Should have asked if we could take away the cake etc. There's also a decent selection of kids swim apparel at sensible pricing. We'll definitely be going back.

We had an absolutely amazing morning at the new interactive soft play area. It was absolutely immaculate and well thought out. Our 1 year old had so much fun and so did the big kids! The staff were so friendly too.

Absolutely recommend this pool to anyone with a baby or young child. The pool is warm and all of the facilities are clean. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and give great advice. The cafe is great too- delicious cake! It may be more expensive than the local leisure centre but it is more than worth the extra money.
