Old Churches House

This is a delightful little place to stay in a beautiful, quiet town. If you're looking for a nice "base camp" on your stay in Scotland this is a great choice! The train station is a 5 minute walk down the road and there are a few little restaurants/pubs even closer. One of most surprising little joys was the great water pressure in the shower!

The rooms were clean but not very spacious. There was everything you would need for your stay plus complimentary tea. The view of the cathedral outside is spectacular. 8/10 would recommend!

The showers are amazing.
Well stocked tea and coffee trays,the tunnics tea cakes are a nice touch too!
Its contactless check in but the lovely reservations team give you all the info that you need to get to your room.
No restraunt open on site but Tillys tea room is just round the corner and offer a fabulous breakfast,lunch and afternoon tea option.

Went to view before we used a present bought for us at xmas. Glad we did staff could not have been more helpful in giving us information but impressed us so much we have extended our stay by an extra night. We had tea and coffee with pieces of fudge with each drink promptly served in a lovely restaurant area come bar. We didn't order food but what we saw pass by looked appetising and well presented. Therefore we look forward to our stay in the near future.
We went, we had a lovely 2day stay, room superb, shower room nice and clean plenty of toiletries as well. Food was good, freshly prepared and presented. Staff all courteous, helpful and friendly will be back in the future to enjoy such a relaxing atmosphere.

WONDERFUL Experience! Gorgeous location, SUPER clean room, friendly staff. We are so glad that we stayed at Old Churches house! The location was amazing directly across from the cathedral. Dora was so friendly and welcoming. The room was SUPER clean. The smoked salmon and eggs for breakfast were delicious. We enjoyed dinner one evening in the full service restaurant. Easy parking. Highly recommend that you stay here!

Fantastic getaway!! We are set to return for our 3rd year running for hubby's birthday. Staff are so helpful & friendly, food is amazing. The rooms are clean, comfortable & a beautiful setting. Not to mention the Tunnocks tea cakes!!

Restaurant review; Lovely food and a good range of vegetarian/vegan options. Friendly and helpful staff, and a great location overlooking the cathedral. We have had many lunches there and enjoyed every one of them!

Very close to Dunblane Town Centre and the quaint shops and bars (3 of said bars). Room across the road was perfect, no issues at all. Overlooks Cathedral which adds some history. Staff in Mason Belles were excellent and food was tremendous. Thanks 👍

Such a fabulous lunch today with you. I haven't been in for some time but I will definitely be back. The food was excellent and we were looked after so well. Jack was particularly helpful and chatty and when I arrived the girl who served us was so welcoming . Perfect. Thank you

I am going to miss my dilemma of breakfast choices, Full Scottish breakfast or the Smoked Salmon and Eggs. Both were exceptional good.

If you are looking for a quiet get-away for a few days I would highly recommend a stay at the Old Churches House Hotel!! We are looking forward to returning...

Our daughters wedding reception was held at Old Churches House after the ceremony in the chapel. We had taken over the hotel and bedrooms as friends and family came from many directions! Caroline was amazing! Cool and calm and could not be more helpful. The rest of the staff were equally great and gave us all a very warm welcome and ,once again,couldn't do enough to help. Thank you.

Myself and my husband had an overnight stay at the old churches hotel room was lovely and very clean. We had dinner which we enjoyed very much. Staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend it and we will be going back.

What an absolute gem of a hotel! Celebtrated a friends 50th birthday and couldn't have been made more welcome. Food was great. And Dunblane is just a gem of a place to spend time

This B&B was located right in the centre of Dunblane, opposite the Dunblane Cathedral. It was nice and quiet. Rooms were a little on the small side but the bathroom was a decent size which I prefer. Food in the restaurant was good and we were a 10 - 15 min drive to Stirling castle and the Wallace Monument.

We had one night at this lovely hotel! Rooms were very clean, staff were lovely and the free breakfast is probably one of the best we’ve had! Thank you for having us!

Excellent food, friendly staff. Room cosy and overlooking Dunblane Cathedral. Stayed 2 nights first evening meal I had crayfish and prawn cocktail followed by steak with trimmings then mango, pear and coconut crumble with ice cream . All excellent. The second evening again same starter as it was so good then beef bourginion pie with veg and mash potatoes. The beef was so tender and followed by the same sweet as night before as it was delicious. Breakfast was excellent. Will be coming here again and would recommend it even for a meal if you are visiting the Cathedral across the road which is a must. Beautiful and so much history.

Lovely hotel. Gorgeous food and very helpful friendly staff. We loved Dunblane its a beautiful town where the residents clearly take pride in keeping it beautifully presented. We will be back xx

Was married here in 2020, staff are absolutely fantastic and couldn't have done more to help us on our day.
And the food was absolutely top notch, not just on the wedding day but on the previous visits for dinner and lunch.

Went with 8 friends for dinner. Food was great, very fresh and tasty. Very reasonably priced too. Andrew and family who run it were superb. I will be back. Easy parking in the street or Cathedral car park
