Topps Tiles Moreton-In-Marsh

I use Topps Tiles across the UK often, but the Moreton in Marsh store is by far the most helpful. They're knowledgeable, friendly and offer genuine advice based on what you need, not what they want to sell.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Topps are always pretty good, but I usually try to trade through this branch.

Brilliant, super efficient, easy to find (follow google maps). Great service. Ashley is the man to ask for. Highly recommend over all others.

Despite ordering for a project in London, I thought it would be good to support my local store in Moreton in Marsh. The manager Antony was very jolly when I placed an order for £2,600 a few weeks ago, not so jolly today when I had to return £650 worth of tiles due to over ordering, despite me ordering another £600 of tiles.
He refused to refund sample returns of £19.15 as I didn't take my receipt, despite the sale being in the system (and it not being an issue a few weeks ago) and charged £50 delivery for the new £600 order despite the website saying delivery is free on orders over £300.
I will be using another store in future.
