Ultra fast delivery and quick installation of my new washing machine. Helpful staff in the shop too. Good prices and much nicer to support local businesses over the conglomerates!

After a rubbish week with everything going wrong, my washer went bang on a Monday. Ordered new washer with Kelly on the same day and fitted by Reg and Kev on Wednesday (compact kitchen so not straight forward). Thank you.

Visited Corbett Electrical as our 2 year old built in fridge freezer fitted by the house builder had failed and rather annoyingly was uneconomical to repair. Owen in the shop was really helpful and after speaking with him we soon realised that even though we were only replacing a 50/50 integrated appliance with a new one this was more difficult than we imagined. Apparently, once size does not fit all. Owen arranged for a member of his team to visit and measure up the space to see what would fit the following day, and then personally followed this up with a telephone call to advise what our limited choices were.
The new fridge freezer we ordered was delivered and fitted today within the 2 hour time slot advised beforehand. The installation team were polite and helpful and the installation pleasingly went without hitch or damage to the kitchen units.
I therefore feel that the service received from the staff at this company was excellent and I will have no hesitation in considering them for any further purchases if / when the need arises.

Our first experience of this shop we were looking for something to attach my tablet to the TV the assistant was so very patient and helpful... I went back the next day with my tablet as I am nervous about anything technical the assistant was 100% correct
we purchased the adapter.

Our second visit was only the other day 5th December our light diffuser on the cooker head snapped for no reason at all. We took all the details to the shop..
6th we got a phone call saying that they had sourced the part we needed Today 8th the part has been delivered already...

Friendly staff removed my existing microwave which was far more complicated than expected but they went over and above to get it done with little mess. They installed the new one which was ordered with their advice. All good

Absolutely outstanding customer service and delivery. Visited the shop on Monday, the man was knowledgable and helpful. Ordered a washing machine and arranged for free delivery and by the time I got home delivery people were ringing saying they would be 15 minutes. Washing machine arrived and all packaging taken away - all within an hour!! Perfect thank you 👍🏻
