Pets Corner

Very helpful and kind staffs. We were helped by Cassie-Leigh who was most kind. Store is fully stocked with pet goods ranging from feeds, snacks, toys to carriers etc. It also has an in-house grooming service!

We bought a dog bed in late March from the Chipping Norton shop for a 10-year-old rescue Chocolate Labrador. Unfortunately, the bottom of the bed cracked and started to sag. I contacted pets Corner Head Office and spoke with Kayleigh who responded to my query. After establishing that this was not what they would have expected from the bed, she arranged for a replacement to be sent to the chipping Norton shop.

It arrived last Thursday and Hazel, the Chocolate Labrador is a happy girl once again.

The service that I received from Pets Corner was exceptional and I am very happy to write this review and say how pleased I am with the service.

We also buy our dried dog biscuit from Pets Corner and the staff are really extremely helpful and friendly. I cannot fault them, and the shop is always clean and welcoming, well laid out with lots of products for all one’s pets.

The reason this is late in posting on the Google Review was simply due to the fact that I had originally submitted it to Trust Pilot on the 31st of August 2023.

Recently visited Pet Corner for cat food and was impressed. They offer a wide range of quality options, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The store is well-organized and clean, with a focus on sustainability. Highly recommend for quality pet products and expert advice.

Staff are always very helpful and friendly. On this occasion, I'd like to say a particular thank you to Mai, who helped me position my dog so that I could use a flea dropper.

Helpful staff with friendly manner at Chipping Norton store, as I have found since bringing my new tiny chihuahua puppy home 3 weeks ago. Advice on buying and fitting first harness especially! Good range of products, including food and treats.

I have just arrived home and had to leave a review to thank the staff in particular Will for being so cheery on a cold night and taking my purchases to my car. I use Pets Corner on a regular basis and couldn't fault their service and products.

Super helpful staff with advice about my kitten for food and then worming and flea tablets etc.
Go here for the great advice, service and selection of goods . Plus the parking of course is always a huge help.

This store is fabulous, the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Truffles loves her new supermarket and the Saturday Social puppy class is a great way to socialise our family pet.

I have found the staff at Pets Corner,Chipping Norton extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
When buying a harness for my puppy the assistant was immensely patient and had an excellent manner with my puppy.Similarly when trying on puppy coats they were equally kind and patient.

I was really surprised at how helpful all the team are and especially Chantal. Every step of the way from choosing food, treats, toys and even shampoo they have been so helpful. I feel very confident that I'm making the right choices for my puppy at this early age! I have several friends who have recommended this branch to me, thank goodness!

I popped in today for dog food and to look at (and test) new dog beds. Both Mai and Chantal were helpful, well informed and super welcoming. The added bonus was the ‘cuddling service’ for Skye while I popped next door to pick up a coffee. Not many places go that extra mile - I was delighted and so was Skye!

The staff here were really helpful in working out how we could get our older dog to eat more! Kind, friendly and attentive!

Very friendly helpful young staff who go out of the way to advise and help and also love all the dogs that come in. Mia served us this morning and was helpful as usual. Great store.

Lovely helpful staff, who changed collars my husband bought for our Bichon Frises , the ones he bought would have suited a Rottweiler or a St. Bernard ( goodness knows what he was thinking ) and he used a branch 3 hours from our home, and lost the receipt . The staff at a branch near to our home sorted everything out for us, exchanging the large collars for ones that were perfect , and even refunded the difference . I can’t praise them enough . Beautiful well presented shop with a very good choice of everything dog ( probably other animals too, I just wasn’t looking for anything other than dogs accessories ).
