Best Nero in the country, I've visited a lot of them
Holly & team are brilliant..... When you have to queue for a coffee...don't complain.
The queue is there for a reason, we all like good coffee and great staff.

I like Cafe Nero having popped in to many of their establishments across Europe. This one was clean and tidy with lots of seating. The barista was very efficient! If you have never been in a Cafe Nero you should check them out.

Always worth a visit... its dog friendly as long as the dog behaves... the staff are lovely and you only have to ask for help and they will willingly give it... feels more like a small local coffee shop than an international company... 😁😁😁😁

Great service provided by staff in a lovely environment perfectly set up for the casual visitor. Wide selection of cakes and biscuits to accompany your drink as well as light snacks and sandwiches. Can get busy at peak times but service appeared efficient.

Great coffee and despite the news that Caffè Nero has to go as it's housing store was closing, I heard that they are opening up in the Promenade around the corner. Great news!

The lemon cheesecake is perfect. The staff is very friendly. I will definitely come back next time.

Went in for lunch, chose an item from the fridge, it looked just fine, given to the photo heat it up, came back flat as a pancake more cheese on the paper wrapping then in the roll. It didn't have much flavour at all, coffee was good though. Service was just fine but the whole place lacked any atmosphere. So it's dog friendly, good coffee but that's about it really.

Popped in here when walking around chippin, nicely decorated, chilled vibe, friendly staff, dog friendly, nice tasting coffee.

Very good café offering always the standard fare that its' shops are known for. Service is efficient and polite. Place is very clean including the bathrooms. Nice ambience too, I dare say the upmarket clientele makes this for a better quality place compared to other locations. Furniture is comfy and in good condition. Very pleasant.

Always a treat to have a coffee in Caffè Nero in Chippy! Staff are warm and friendly and the coffee is great! Love that you can also bring your dog in too!!

Friendly team serving great quality drinks. Industrious and efficient in clearing tables in very hot conditions.

Excellent decor making it a relaxing place to take a break. Efficient service in such a busy shop. Excellent customer-friendly opening times compared to the limited business hours of Costa up the road. For that it gets 5 stars.

My daughter and I enjoyed our salted caramel Latte, gingerbread Latte and lemon cheesecake. The ambience was lovely, the service was efficient and the staff were helpful - pretty quick with clearing up to make room.
