TOPSIDE PHARMACY

It’s actually rare that someone/a business impresses you so much that you think “I must review them” but this is one of those cases. The most thoughtful, and kind pharmacist I have ever come across. Will always call me to let me know if my prescription is running low or out of stock, will sometimes even pre order things for us without asking to make sure it’s in stock when we need it. Everyone in there has always been so kind and helpful but seriously beyond impressed and heart is warmed by you, thank you!

This is the best pharmacy I have ever encountered in the world with the possible exception of one in Singapore. The owner is knowledgeable and helpful, the staff are caring and the place is welcoming. This place is a beacon for excellence in customer care.

Really fantastic service, the pharmacist is so willing to help with medical issue you might have. Both my wife and I went there independently and found the service exceptional. Great find 👏.

This is a truly exceptional place! The staff- especially the brilliant pharmacists - are so knowledgeable and so kind and go out of their way to help, listen and give advice. A particular brand was giving me side effects and they actually searched high and low and helped me find one that didn't! Also the turnaround time is FAST. Bravo lovely people!!!

I can't thank the Topside team enough for their help today ....on holiday here, my GP in Kent put an essential prescription on the Cloud for my sons who have Cystic Fibrosis to be accessed by a pharmacist. The whole team went out of their way to help, they ordered the medication and I am so grateful.....thank you!

Came here yesterday looking for sensitive dressing ( fragile skin on arms & a cut started to bleed again) ) & the lady behind counter checked with the pharmacist, who himself took the time to dress my cut. Thank you again !! We don’t live in Chipping Norton, but will rather drive here than use local chemist.

Absolutely fantastic pharmacy. With very friendly staff. The pharmacists are so obliging and generous. Nothing is too much trouble for them. To the point when on a Saturday afternoon when I have needed some medication urgently but could not get out the Pharmacists himself has dropped the item off on his way home from work at our apartment, at no extra cost to us.
If everybody was as empathetic and caring as the owners of Topside were this country would be a far better one. If I could give the an award for the best pharmacy in the country I would.

Ww were on holiday and my husband ran out of Insulin. Yasin the pharmacist gave fantastic advice and a new prescription was quickly dispensed. Fantastic, personal, caring service. Thank you

Amazing service, with lovely and very informative staff. Would recommend for any medical related need or issues. Most often more helpful than the GP!

May seem excessive until you visit the team at Topside but I can assure you the service is by far the best I have (and literally every other customer) experienced and I have been to a lot of pharmacies.

The boss is a legend! The staff are absolutely golden. Sue is lovely and we always made time for each other.

Sad to say that I no longer service the area for work (UPS driver) and will miss Topsides smiley faces.

Honestly, this pharmacy works in such a way all others need to take a trip there, learn the Topside way of customer service and follow suit!

Whilst others in the area aren’t actually bad at all - Topside are simply on a level way higher than anyone else.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. I sustained a toe injure and wanted some advice. Was quickly seen by a lovely gentleman who assessed my toe and sorted things out for me by cleansing it, putting steri strips on it and then a dressing. I was highly delighted with the service and couldn’t thank him enough. He even gave me some spares of each incase needed. Thank you so much it was much appreciated really it was.
