grate staff i considerd my self ordering a tv from as from today knowing it will last longer as they use to look after my nan and granddad when rented tv set from them years ago when there around back in the day.

Just recently had a washing machine and a tv from here.On both occassions in store staff and delivery staff are extremely pleasant and more than helpful..Tv delivery gents even moved our heavy tv unit back into place..Highly recommend this store.

First class customer service. Good advice about the product. I needed a washing machine quickly as mine had broken down. Within 2 hours of looking at the wide range of machines in the store I was using my new machine at home. Everyone so helpful. Many thanks for a great shopping experience. I would highly recommend

As a bed and breakfast I need reliable and prompt service. I have been using the services of Hughes Electrical in Hunstanton for six years, I rent all my white goods and television sets changing them regularly without any problems. I have always had excellent service. The staff are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. It is refreshing to find such excellent service.

Hughes in Hunstanton are always first on my list when I consider buying a new product.
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable as well as happy and willing to help.
Recently had an issue with my Hotpoint Dishwasher. NO fault of Hughes however they could not do enough to help.
Amazed that there are so few reviews on this site as the store is ALWAYS busy and busy will generally relate to a successful business.

My elderly mother needed a call out to re adjust her TV, she rang this morning and the installer called later in the afternoon, he did a splendid brilliant job for which she appreciated, nothing was too much trouble for him. Once again a five star job. Thank you.

Came in yesterday (Yorkshire man)

Came looking for a red and white audio lead long enough for my gaming chair.

The shop assistant Nigel gave me a wire long enough to stretch round my house twice 😂

Better than that though he gave it me for free!!!!

It was a de-listed item

I recently got a rental ipad air through this branch and had trouble getting my bt email account working properly (not an uncommon problem I gather)

The staff were amazing in particular Phill and Alled who not only set up my ipad repeatedly to receive and send emails, failing dismally on the outgoing mail problem.

Phill however spent his day off researching solutions and finally succeeded in getting my ipad fully functional.

This is not unusual service from this friendly and helpful store but I thought it worthy of a mention and would recommend using this local store over a trip to Kings Lynn or even the on-line lazy option.

Friendly, competent and helpful. Gave us advice rather than pushing a new product, which worked perfectly! Will buy from them again!

I would like to thank Marco Page and Ben for their usual perfect happy service, which this time, was all for Charity. I asked Mark if HUGHES of Hunstanton, would donate a raffle prize for our local RSPCA Re-Homing Centre near Kings Lynn. He said "Of course we will. Just bring in a proof of what you are doing and we will see what we can do" (This, I done) - So last week I called in where the lovely Marko and Ben presented me with a shiny electric kettle. All boxed and wrapped in a HUGHES carry bag. Collected item ordered centrally. Notification worked well and package arrived on time. Friendly helpful staff in the store. Recommended.

I would like to thank the Manager and Staff of the Hughes Hunstanton Shop. They have solved many problems for me quickly, efficiently and unbeknownst to tem caused a few but only because technology marches on and I’ll be beggared if I can financially keep up with it.

I first became a Hughes customer in 1995 so I’m in my 20th years of Hughesmanship and have rarely had to go elsewhere to fill my requirements and then it was only either convenience or I was after a product that wasn’t a stock item.

I’d also like to thank the Hughes Support Staff and the way they interlock with the Hunstanton Shop to install products.

On a sad note. There was a rumour that the Shoe Zone was to become an extension of the store. I was well miffed when I realised that Costa Fortune Coffee had taken the place.

Well done boys and Marigold ! (Yeah, I know)
