Sainsbury's

Just wanted to publicly write a review about a staff member. Can’t remember their name but they have short black hair. (Was around 4:30pm 21/10/23) I’m a single mum and live far from any family, so have to do all Christmas shopping with my children so it’s hard to keep the element of surprise. The worker saw me trying to be sneaky telling my daughter to look at some books but she just kept turning round every time I went to grab the toy!🤣 the worker came over and took my daughter to look at the books while I quickly grabbed it and went to pay! They then popped it behind the til for me so I could continue with grocery shopping! When I came to grab the present after I’d finished there was news paper over it so my daughter couldn’t see inside the bag!!! I appreciate you so much! Thank you!! 💫❤ customer service was above and beyond. Definitely deserves some recognition. This is not the only time her customer service has been amazing. Absolute credit to the store.

Always a good shopping experience, local store, staff familiar, always polite, helpful and friendly. Nectar card points and prices very good. Can usually get what I need

It's a smallish store that I use . Tesco is a bit larger . However , they still do offers in store . Parking is good . Staff are very friendly and local . Steve , a member of staff is particularly good as He goes that extra mile with help and smiles and a good laugh 😃 you'll notice him if you go in there anyways !! Lol . Nice place to shop . 👌

Great, lots of interesting, tempting lines. Far more inspirational than Tesco. They have a good choice of fruit and veg, fresh bread and all the usual staples like canned goods and cereals. I just wish they had a better range of ales - eg Doombar which is my husband’s favourite.

Been shopping here for over thirty years. Good value and good choice of products

One of the smaller stores but has everything you need, some lovely friendly staff in there who do their best to help you.. there is pretty much all that's needed in there, opens til 9pm which is good as many places close earlier .. several tills and self service so you never need to wait ages like in large stores .. loads of parking, including parent and child plus disabled.. highly recommended!

This Sainsbury's is not very big but it has everything you could want and need and need the staff that work there are very kind and helpful 😃 witch is nice as many are not anymore

Plenty of parking and friendly staff. Good selection of products even though it’s not the biggest store.

Didn't enter ,waited outside in the car with Charley our Terrier, was very warm, but wife and daughter both said it was nice and cool in the shop. That's what kept them, 😂!

Love the staff here, I'm in regularly and they're so friendly and always happy to chat! Covid precautions taken seriously here which makes myself and my family feel safe to shop:)

Nice shop, average size, free parking.

I love it here. It is my place of comfort I often come to walk down all the aisles and see what goodies I can find.

Staff spot on ,i was over 40 minutes late to collect, due to traffic, a male member of staff waited with my groceries on his van ,till I arrived, making him late to take out deliverys, he was so kind and friendly. Top guy

during this current world crisis this supermarket has shown more responsibility than some of the reviewers on here.... yes like the man from Leicester who has criticized the store for its safety!! Well my experience has always been good here, from the start of it all right up to now. if spraying your own trolley that is an issue because some one has handled the spray bottle before you then try using the hand sanitizer after you have used it, or just stay in the location you have come from and stop breaking lockdown rules!!
All in all i recommend this store to anyone who wants to get there shopping safely.
