M&S Simply Food

A very convenient store with fair priced food. They like to make reductions on there going out of date items but, some are not much cheaper the buying the 3 for a set price offer. Other reductions (especially the later in the day prices) are more than fair. Cheese is of the best quality & very reasonably priced. The cream cake selection box is good value, they do good cream cakes. Most of all, I love their Messicani Pasta (dried), they're great on their own or absolutely anything else!

Good range of quality products, easy parking. A little dark in the shop

Firstly good access for both able and disabled. Parking is free, some disabled spaces are available. This isn't the biggest M & S but what it lacks in size it more than makes up for in quality and range of produce. Staff are all very helpful. They also have a nice cafe with some tasty treats.

Great M&S Cafe'...excellent staff, good food and desserts, clean, fast service. The food in the store in general looks fresh. The cashier I had was professional and kind. Awesome job!

Went to M&S cafe at hartlepool.
I've never ever met such a lovely team in the cafe dept.
They are so helpful, polite and most definitely happy in their jobs.

The staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful. The shop tends to stock the basics as it is quite small. The shop and staff are just what you expect from the Marks and Spencer brand - and the Percy Pig cake in a jar is addictive!

So convenient, a fairly good selection for the size of the store. However, the staff are amazing. They are always so helpful and very friendly, so much so that it feels like a traditional corner shop. Can't fault them at all.

Fantastic range of food. Lots of fresh produce. Some really delicious gluten free fruit cake (can't match it anywhere else, just M&S). Friendly staff.

Love M+S Food always quality produce and staff are excellent, always friend and helpful. A stop in the restaurant is a MUST and the tea is the best. Good choice for a tasty snack or a treat .

Fab m/s always go that extra mile. This review nothing to do with the fact that several members of my family worked there. My daughter recently moved to sunderland from hpool. And my nephew works there still. Also i ve known a lot of the staff for years. So totally unbiased review.

Lovely selection for a smallish store. Love the Toasties, coffee and scones from the cafe 😁👌

Shop has a good layout with plenty of room. Cafe has a fair selection of drinks and eats. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.

Good quality food , polite and helpful staff

Excellent service all socially distanced very clean as staff cleaning after each customer felt safe and relaxed while having a coffee.

Great food as you expect from M&S. They also have acollection point for parcels. The staff were very helpful.
