Great supermarket with certain items priced competitively in comparison to the competition.

I personally love their salad bar, but also their fresh bakery is second to none too.

Good opening hours with a nice petrol station just across the road with a mini morrisons attached!

Good carpark with plenty of spaces, including child bays and disabled parking. Overall, one of the better supermarkets in Hartlepool.

Reduced priced items at five thirty if you're interested

Was at KFC but on way home called into morrisons just to get some bits n bobs always nice to call in there and get a lot more than wanted but still nice to shop there

Fabulous the staff are fantastic on 1st April we did a shop we were charged for 3 bottles of wine when we only bought 2 which were on offer 2 for £10 we went back to the store today not for a refund buy to make staff aware of problem on receipt without any fuss the staff on customer service called a team leader an apology was given and refund of £7 top class service from the staff look forward to shopping here every week still a great store lots of fresh produce and bargains

Visited your store today, just wanted to express my delight watching and listening to June on checkout 8 (11.30am). She was so attentive to the senior citizen in front of me, she couldn’t have been more helpful and caring, packing his bag and waiting patiently, smiling, as he paid. She even read out the vouchers he collected. What a ⭐. A wonderful asset to your company.

Nice lay out clean shop, lovely deli fresh fish counter bread salad all on hand what not to like well apart from the self service tills they nasty

Good range of groceries, salad bar, fish counter and seasonal produce. Also with the new Morrisons More app online it's easier to collect points and access coupons.

One of the best Morrisons I've been in and better than Dalton Park. Prices are competitive and they have a rotisserie & salad bar.

A really good Morrisons, it's a decent size with on site free parking including disabled parking bays.
They have a good choice of everything. Their fresh produce is exactly that, fresh. From their fruit and vegetables to their fresh fish, with a really knowledgeable and friendly fishmonger. Their bakery is great with lots of different breads and so many scrumptious cakes and cookies! There's lots of healthy options of everything too.
They have a great selection of craft beers and other alcoholic beverages.
There's a number of self service checkouts and plenty of manned checkouts too, with really friendly and helpful staff. In fact all of the staff I encountered around the store were friendly, polite and helpful.
They also sell newspapers and cigarettes, tobacco etc. With on site public bathrooms, which are always clean, an again amenities for people who have a disability. The aisles are nice and wide making them wheelchair friendly. There's also a cafè which I've been to many times and never had any complaints.
On the whole this is a great Morrisons.

It's a Morrison's. I had no negative incidents or disappointments whilst here.

Like all Morrison superstores, high quality fresh foods on offer, Butchers, Bakery, pizzeria, salad bar, fishery and café... Toilets available on site. Free parking, ample disabled and family parking spots. All staff in my experience have been approachable and friendly.

First visit and was pleasantly surprised. Staff where very friendly and helpful, prices fab, store very clean and easy to get round. Only down side there where no MORE cards so I'll just have to go back

Came back to my home town to visit family. We stayed at the travel lodge and as they do not do a proper breakfast we decided to have breakfast at this store in hartlepool.
The big daddy breakfast was perfect but more importantly the lady on the till in the cafe named Josie on her name tag was extraordinary. I sat and watched her in action whilst I tucked through my big daddy breakfast and listened to her. Her service was spectacular due to the fact she was very very helpful and supportive to all the customers. An elderly lady on her own with a walking stick and Josie chatted friendly and helped her carry her tray filled up her teapot and took it to her table. Nothing was too much for this employee. It was a pleasure to see and hear.
I do not know if Morrison's do staff awards but this lady went above and beyond. She deserves an award. Well done Josie you are a lovely lady and I wish you worked in Nottingham Morrison's.

Friendly staff and the security seem to know what they are doing. The store is easy to navigate around and they had everything I wanted to buy. The meat especially is fantastic quality and I have never had a problem. This review was for in store purchasing.

Always friendly staff

Morrisons is great. I actually look forward to shopping here. It has a fantastic range of products and just feels like a nice place to be. I find that, if I shop in other supermarkets, it feels like I am wandering around an old warehouse or airplane hanger. Morrisons feels like a proper shop.
