Dunelm

Always a pleasure to visit Dunelm. Too much choice for me. Every time I get drawn to buy something else I hadn't thought I needed!

It has a little cafe staffed by some lovely friendly staff. Large free car park always plenty of room to park.

Staff in this store are the best. They go out of their way to help.
A very enjoyable experience

Found everything we needed, decent prices.
We had to exchange an item (our mistake on size) and it was very easy, staff knew the process and was very efficient, excellent customer service.

Excellent store with the most helpful staff. Have spent a lot of time in there recently, sourcing massive drop (108") curtains and cushions and rugs and throws and more! Staff could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you all! 😁

The greeting, the one way system was adhered to by most people, the staff were helpful and we managed to get discount from Julie towards making masks, scrub sets etc for North East Maskateers.

A great store. I'd forgotten how much I love Dunelm. We recently moved from Spain to Hartlepool ists a great store. The staff that talked to us while we were in tonight were so friendly and helpful. The parking at the store is great.

Great choice of reasonably priced homewares.

I went to dunelm to buy roman blinds and curtains for the full house.
I got lots of great advice and the staff member Linda was amazing. Really helpful and very patient and professional.
Lots of great fabrics and designs to choose from and fantastic price range.

Popped into the Hartlepool Dunelm store today and went to their cafe for lunch. Super friendly staff, great food and at a reasonable price. Will be going there again and can highly recommend.

I love this shop. I have always been very lucky here, if I see something that I like I usally wait until they have a sale and most times the things that I want are put into the sale

Such a nice store, nice pleasant atmosphere with plenty of light, they sell absolutely allsorts and there's plenty of choice. I didn't realise it had an upstairs - it is a really lovely store, but i doubt many people are aware it has an in store coffee shop (also with toilet facilities). My first ever time going in, i was shocked because i thought it was just curtains & bedding etc, but there's way more on offer. I would only advise people to go if they're in no rush and don't mind spending more money than originally intended!
