Phil the staff of customer care was amazing . The most kindest and helpful bloke you could ever meet. All staff nice and kind and then the food top notch.

It's 07:22. I'm the only one in. Perfect atmosphere. Used a terminal but had to still take it to the counter. Lady apologised for the inconvenience and more than happy to help. Original post a month ago. Can someone tell me why liquids no longer fill a cup

It's been a while since I've visited there with my partner, but yesterday we had a breakfast date before we both started work. It's perfectly positioned for us as we both work in Hartlepool.

The lady on the tills was just as we'd remembered her. The restaurant was immaculate and clean. It was also welcoming and friendly, too. I think it helps to know the staff and the lady on the tills was looking after a young lad who had recently started there.

The thing I've observed from a managerial perspective is how patient and supportive the lady on the till is with everyone. Anything she needs to say is delivered with a sense of humour, and that's great. It softens the blow, but the message still gets across. The person she gives feedback to will remember that in the correct way.

I stayed a little longer as my partner started work earlier than me. I had enough points for a free hot drink, and the lady at the till helped me redeem them, so the drink tasted twice as nice! 😊

We'll definitely be back next week. It's my turn to pay for breakfast 😉

Parked in the numberd bays where they bring your order out to the car,it took ages for them to come out.

Popped in with my son, his partner and my grandkids for a quick burger, fast service as we used the app and ordered to the table, so much easier with little ones. They had Paddington’s bear toys and envelops with a big poster to colour in. Never felt rushed and the food was hot and delicious.

Why is nuggetts etc 1 pound more than instore when ordering for delivery when they go in the same bag and I pay for delivery id like to know esp when u can't read English and mess up every order it is absolutely ridiculous stop overcharging for less than poor quality food and service and if someone with a disabled child who asks for 2 ketchup and 2 sweet and sour dips should recieve said items its not rocket science there's 1500 of u in the place am sure 1 of u can read sort yaself out and stopp ripping the ppl of who provide u with an income

I only called for a coffee because I couldn't sleep it wasn't bad to be fair would go again

I recently lost my handbag in Macdonalds when I got home I rang the wrong branch. I had been in the Burn road branch. The staff at the marina branch couldn’t have been more helpful checking cameras etc. it was then we discovered I was ringing the wrong branch and they’put me onto the right branch who had my handbag safely stored. Thank you sincerely Marina branch for your help

Went through the drive thro and from ordering my meal to going to pay, to collecting my food the staff were so friendly and told to enjoy my meal n have great day !!! I drove away smiling

For fast food, it's very slow. Same as all Mcdonalds nowadays. Shame how they prioritize the just eat orders rather than the in store orders. Pure greed.

Lovely food, I did have to que in the drive through. But a lovely lady member of staff was very friendly and made it a pleasurable experience. She was stood outside taking orders. Also the lady directing cars was full of smiles too! Well done Mc Donald's you are obviously keeping your staff happy!

Popped in for a wrap after a shopping trip to Hartlepool with my elderly mother. Great mobility access. Food always good and service is great with friendly staff.

Orderd online from justeat it didnt turn up so i phoned the mangerger . very friendly asked for me to come in to pick my food up myself and gave me free food for the mess up . food was freshly made 10/10 👌
