Pizza Hut Restaurants Hartlepool

Very nostalgic. Staff were super attentive but not overbearing. Food was fresh and hot and salad bar was really fresh too. Great atmosphere and obviously popular as the place was busy.

We brought our Grandma for her birthday and everything was spot on. Food was quick and hot, atmosphere was lovely and chill and service was exceptional. Chris who looked after our table was very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and even offered to get or grandma a refill for her tea. Always have a lovely time when we come to this Pizza Hut and will definitely come back! Thank you for a lovely time! :)

Ordered for collection using the Pizza Hut website. Very friendly and polite staff, in particular Katie. Helped us out when deciding on the different types of bases and got our order ready quite quickly. Pizzas were fresh and hot, fries were also very nice. Would definitely recommend as it is great value for money especially with the deals they have on.

Veronika was our server and was great. The food was spot on. We have two autistic children and we are pleased every time we visit as everything is the same no matter where you visit

As usual the food was excellent, the staff always helpful and amazing with my autistic son. Phil the manager is exceptional when it comes to helping and working with his staff and customers. Always a pleasure to come here, feel part of the pizza hut family. Don't know where is go of we couldn't come here!!

Served by Veronica who was friendly, bubbly and attentive, service was fantastic thabkyou so much ;-) and Chris is always friendly and attentive always making sure we have all we need. Fantastic service and good food.

Cannot express enough that the service we received tonight from our waitress who I think was Ellie and the Manager. They went out their way to make sure we got the best deal and the food was amazing with loads to take home. Could not fault their customer service and would come again next time we are visiting from the south.

10/10 every single time. Perfect customer service and staff cannot do enough to help you. Especially Chris and special mention to our waiter Jack who always goes above and beyond - new menu is fabulous also! Highly recommended

Very happy helpful staff. Excellent greeting at the door which is hard to find in other establishments these days. Food is pricey but for what you get you feel full afterwards.

Been twice with my two lads, one in Durham the other hartlepool, lovely food good atmosphere Good music in the background, the service was great. Would definitely go again.

From start to finish all the staff were incredible, the manager has could charisma and overall is amazing and such a credit to the pizza hut franchise. Cannot thank him enough for organising the staff to sing happy birthday :)

Come to hartlepool pizza hut was only 2 staff on as staff rang in sick but considering there was only 2 staff we was greeted very nice food was amazing and chill couldn't help us enough thank you for a fab visit food was amazing also. The greens

The decor was impeccable. The service was good, and employees were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing, filled with flavour and amazing texture. I recommend this place before the cinema.
