I can only speak as I find .The staff and now resident Pharmacist have always been very helpful ,even when clearly working under pressure. They have always given advice when asked.

Consistently good service, text updates when prescriptions ready really helpful

Pharmacist was trying to be helpful but unfortunately I couldn't get the vaccination I wanted and was told was available

Clearly there is a problem here. The staff would benefit from customer care training. They are rude and uncaring. I witnessed a confused old lady been told her medication wasn’t available. No apology or alternative offered, she was just turned away she was clearly not unable to walk far or understand what other options she had. Awful to see.

I'm afraid the service has deteriorated immensely. Prescriptions never ready or lost or your given the wrong one.I really don't know what's happened,but it needs sorting out before most people start going to Boots.
