Hobbs

Popped into Phase 8, to look for an outfit to wear for a Civil partnership ceremony. I wasn't sure about the outfit I tried on so Susan very kindly took me down to Hobbs the sister store.

I was assisted by Claire who helped to find the kind of outfit I was looking for. Nothing was any trouble to her, she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. She went out of her way to find accessories to go with the outfit I was trying on, and even popped back to Phase 8 to find a matching fascinator. I was extremely impressed with her warmth, enthusiasm and her whole attitude.

It is so nice to walk into a shop and be surrounded by such lovely staff who are so knowledgeable about the products they sell. The staff were all very pleasant and friendly, which reflects on the atmosphere when walking into the store.

So... thank you Claire, for all your help, and nice to meet Sharon the manager too.

The staff are always very attentive and greet you with a welcoming smile; they are happy to help with anything you need and always have the place looking immaculate!

I'd absolutely recommend Hobbs in Morpeth - especially if you're looking to get the perfect outfit ahead of an event. The Manager recently helped me with a style appointment and was very generous with her time and advice. You'll leave feeling confident top to toe and refreshed that good old customer service is far from dead.

The lovely staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel welcome without being pushy and they give you an honest opinion about whether something you're trying on fits ("are you wearing your best bra?") and suits! I'm not mad about shopping but it's always a treat to call in to Hobbs in Morpeth. Thanks everyone!

Really lovely staff. Deborah went out of her way to help me . I left with two lovely dresses and tips on what to match them with if I need shoes etc. I will definitely return to this store.

I had an issue over a refund at Hobbs and I have to say the service and the way they handled it was superb. They went over and beyond to get it sorted for me. I can't praised the staff enough for their efficiency and the way they handled the issue.
