HADFIELD GUNS LTD

What a wonderful afternoon of clay pigeon shooting (with the added ‘cake & bake’ package option). We went there for the activity part of my friend’s stag party and I haven’t used a shotgun since my own stag party twelve years ago.

Our instructor Tony was absolutely amazing! I was a terrible shot twelve years ago, but with Tony’s kind and friendly coaching and encouragement, I hit 13 clay pigeons out of 26, including getting a double! All credit for this must go to Tony for being so patient and believing in me. He was just as brilliant with my friends.

A perfect day out for shotgun shooters. Many disciplines and so many challenging clays. The ground is stunning, easy access and lovely stands. Tom was absolutely amazing, very helpful and a honour to the team. We shall be visiting again many more times.

Travelled a long way to purchase a gun today, one of the most pleasurable experiences you could wish for. All the staff were attentive,and willing to actually ask, if you were being (seen to)
From the moment you walk through the door I felt at ease, which is not the case for many a gun dealer, that you frequent. The stock that they carry, is very impressive.
I never write reviews, but this occasion, it is worthy of a mention.

Thoroughly enjoyed my first clay shooting experience at this lovely setting. Paul is an excellent instructor - extremely skilful, kind and patient. Thanks Paul for making everyone feel at ease to ensure we all had a good time. Will definitely be returning for more lessons.

Purchased my first shotgun today and Glenn was absolutely fantastic. Went in with an idea of what I wanted but the gun didn’t fit and the whole process was expertly explained to what you look for when it does fit. Glenn came up with a handful of other options, found one and after a few adjustments, first gun purchased along with a few other extra bits and pieces. Thanks again, overall great experience!

Amazing service from Hadfield Guns. I purchased my first shotgun from here last week. The member of staff who was looking after me was extremely helpful and full of information about the shotgun and also about the clay ground.

Over the years I have been to many gun shops . This shop has far surpassed any service I have ever received . Happy to help , always keep you informed on orders etc and just happy to help without feeling like it’s just money driven.
Cracking set up also , and the staff are great . Highly recommend

Hadfield is a class act. This is how a gun shop should be. Tidy, roomy, clean and staffed by people who know their trade and merchandise. No pressure to buy and an un-rushed opportunity to inspect. It's so good to find a local gun dealer that doesn't look tatty. I could spend all morning in there. Highly recommended.

Visited the gun shop today, bit of a drive from Darlington, but well worth it,bought a Daystate and other bits and pieces, they even threw in a gun slip free of charge! Very friendly service and the cafe downstairs was brilliant,a real chunky sausage sandwich not your usual one link cut in half and fresh coffee with a cosy armchair! Definitely visit again when passing for Luton airport! See ya soon

Very professional outfit , extensive range of all types of air rifles and shotguns , rifles and ammo , friendly staff and very nice butties in the cafe , recommend a visit , but don't take your wallet with you ;)
