I happened across this cafe last minute, having attended a nearby parkrun.A brilliant find, accomodating owners to all my requests and great quality food served in a spotlessly clean and airy cafe.
Can't recommend this enough 😊

Always enjoy a visit to The Secret Garden Cafe, the name is certainly ideal, this hidden gem has such a wonderful atmosphere particularly during the festive season. Service is always efficient and the food and drink is top notch, I particularly like the Lotus biscuits which come with the coffee, such a great touch and the perfect accompaninent too.

The owner Katie is lovely and someone who I am proud and indeed privleged to call a friend.

Wishing all the best for this fabulous business and I can't wait to visit again soon!

Beautiful food in a lovely setting. The cafe is nicely tucked away from the road which makes for a nice quiet dining experience. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and pleasant on the eye - Katie isn't bad either.
Ill happily continue to visit for a breakfast or coffee.

Had lunch here today and had a prawn salad (On the sandwich menu, says you can swop as a salad). Really good and priced well. Will definitely return.

I have just told the owner that it was the nicest cafe I've ever been in. I ordered scone with Jane and cream- 2 scones, FULL of fruit, arrived with a big pot of cream and jam. The seats outside are wonderful. Well worth a visit, just away from the main streets. This is the cafe in BAKEWELL NOT Loughborough

First time eating here today, table of 4 (2 children) We were welcomed from the start, very polite ladies, food & drinks served very quickly, especially for a busy Saturday morning. Food was delicious, kids loved it. Will be returning

A lovely little cafe off the main Street in Barrow. You can sit outside with no traffic noise to the rear of the cafe. Very clean with safe garden for children. No children's outside climbing frame etc at the moment, but space to run around. Decent size cup of coffee. Snacks, cakes and light meals available.

I finally made the effort to visit after seeing the one star review I thought I would see for myself. I had completely the opposite experience. Although busy I experienced prompt friendly service. Great tasting coffee at a fair price. With a loyalty card I will definitely go again.

Great place to have coffee or light lunch. Service first class. 6 of us ate here. Food and drinks served very efficiently. My only regret is that I've not been here before. Will definitely be in again. Prices good. Selection of food good and drinks good. Cannot fault it. Well done Katie Edwards and staff.

Cosy cafe that's very child friendly (high chairs and children's cutlery etc.). Friendly staff, reasonable prices and good coffee. We'll be back.

Great food. Well cooked and tasty.
The only minor issue is the late opening time for breakfast.
