Lovely shop you pay for what you get senerio! A bit pricey but you can't knock the quality. On the negative side only ever one till open so service is very slow if your buying frozen food! I never buy stuff for my freezer as the service is so slow then the walk to the carpark, plus the journey home.

Lovely M&S store, always clean, tidy and well stocked. Excellent range of fresh fruit and vegetables, and the staff are nice too. My favourite lady on the checkout is Sheila, she is always so polite and friendly.

Another superb example of a stunning M&S Food store - great selection of foods, breads and snacks at the typical quality that you would expect. The store is well presented and laid out and has always been clean when I have entered. You can find that it is busy and you have to wait and the critic might say they could put on more people at the till but I think that’s what you can say about many places.

Service was good but an incident at the till was rather strange.
With my receipt out came 2 additions at attached to my receipt & the assistant took them off & kept them! I asked if they belonged to me as they were attached to my receipt & she replied no. I have always been given what came with my receipt so why did she keep them???

Good quality food products, displayed in temperatures to keep them fresh. The staff take care and pride providing a top quality service. The produce is very well maintained and excellent quality.

Having recently sited our Caravan in Dingestow, the M&S Food Hall in Monmouth has now become a local shop for us. Working for M&S myself, I know how hard it can get when the store is busy but the staff here are always very efficient and keep till waiting times really low, while keeping up with the great standard of service that M&S has always been well known for. Well Done M&S Monmouth.

Always smells appetizing when you walk in off Monnow Street! Although the store is small there is a good range of food and excellent wine selection.

Brilliant food shop. Love all the gluten free dishes. The flaky pastry chicken pie is to die for, so is the spag bol.
