Wickes Chatham

Fantastic experience today. Went to collect my click and collect which was seamless. Then decided to grab some bark which was on offer. However, I had my 2 kids with me and a pushchair so was unable to use a trolly. The staff took me to the checkout so I could pay and then loaded up a trolley for me. They then proceeded to help me load everything up into my vehicle without any question. Very polite and very helpful staff. My only regret is not getting there names to mention them personally but a big thanks to all the staff there. Don’t be afraid to give them a bonus Wickes ;-)

Went to Wickes in Chatham yesterday. Excellent customer service from Terry. He loaded up my trolley and even helped me load it all in the car. You rarely get service like that these days. Thank you 😊

Friendly and helpful staff

Really friendly staff working hard during restrictions. Had issues with using the website but in store was simple and I got exactly what I needed. Bought paint and timber for decorating and a little DIY desk project, all really good quality and well priced.

Good click and collect service as well as quick and easy to buy in store items. I got my Dulux paint for same price as I had it on order on Amazon. Yellow frog tape in stock too so all in all it was good.

Dealing with Covid-19 ease up very well, queued for store however another queue for click and collect. Under a 10minute wait and spacious store. I wore a mask for added safety and checkout was through plastic screen. Got all I needed

As with all Wickes I have been to this store offers a great range of products at affordable prices, the store is easy to navigate and find exactly what you need. Staff are friendly and helpful as needed. Parking is accessible, particularly if you have larger items you need to transport. Overall I would recommend.

It's a Wickes. Majority of the staff here are very polite and helpful. Delivery options are good and I use the clock and collect most of the time.
Not always the easiest layout to find what I need, especially on small parts and I quite often have to ask for help finding things. Prices tend to be better than the other DIY chains.
Just have to add I love their laminate/wood flooring.

This is the best branch ever I’ve always said this but I left my phone on Counter by the till after scanning my trade card and they managed to push an emergency number on my phone that rang my housemate Who then rang me at work and I managed to get back there just as they were closing to say this is 10 out of 10 would be an understatement thank you so much

All through COVID this has been a very well controlled safe place to shop, I have visited several times and each time the same with controlled que's, customers allowed in the store, trolleys cleaned and hand jell available to use. Inside the store is a one way system and queing at the till is also controlled. Availability of products was good, all things considered. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.

The store was very quiet when I visited (Tuesday at 7pm), with plenty of parking spaces available. I didn't have to queue to get in either.
Everything back to normal basically.

Very helpful and polite staff, environment made safe due to the social distancing measures being enforced in an outside queue, limiting how many customers may enter the warehouse at one time. Would recommend for all DIY-ers 👍🏾

We have used Wickes in Chatham for years, we used to live within walking distance but now we live a bit further away. They have always helped with advice and also have a lot of 'How To' leaflets and project info.

We would like to say a massive thank you to Tyrone Knight for designing us a wonderful kitchen, thank you for your patience in changing the designs so many times for us, we cannot wait to see it installed. We would highly recommend Tyrone to anyone who is looking for a new kitchen
