Robinson Michael and Jackson are the second estate agents I dealt with during the search for purchasing my first home. I’ve recently completed a purchase with them and from the start, up to the point I collected the keys, they have made the journey easy for me. They have been nothing but professional, helpful and followed out all my enquiries in a timely manner. The branch manager Sam was extremely helpful throughout the process. He facilitated my partner and I to have several visits of the property before making purchase. No matter how much I felt like a nuisance he was more than friendly and understanding. I’ve not got a bad word to say about the people at this branch. It’s been good to have had the experience I’ve had with everyone at the branch that I’ve come across. Angela was really nice and bubbly on the phone, and they are all well dressed and they should hold themselves to a high standard!! Thanks to everyone for the help!

RM & J arranged an open day to assist logistically as I was not local and they identified a group of credible potential customers who were both viable and willing to engage in a probate sale and the associated legally required delays.
Staff have been consistently professional and friendly and Angela has been keeping me informed and attentive to any query I have had as I was unfamiliar with the process.

We had recently purchased a flat and it was a difficult purchase for multiple reasons. Angela from Chatham branch went above and beyond to ensure it will get completed as planned and always available help us out. We are very pleased with the level of service .

My husband and I just sold our house using Robinson, Michael & Jackson and were very impressed with the service provided by the sales team, especially Tia, and our Sales Progressor, Angela who was extremely supportive and kept us up-to-date with the conveyancing in an efficient manner. The process can be stressful to say the least, but RMJ are professional and motivated to get your property sold. We are very grateful to everyone there for helping us succeed in fulfilling our dream to sell our house and retire to the countryside in Wales.
