I took my son to buy a desktop and the amazing man who attended to us was in a class all by himself!!!!

He broke down the RAM, the speed, the storage, etc. Essentially, it was a quick lesson that improved our knowledge of the basics of the computer and all we needed.
He helped us make an informed choice!

We couldn't make a choice on the first day and so we returned the next weekend, after looking online.
The staff were so helpful from the beginning to the end.
I would definitely be back.

Okay, so I love playing The Sims. I looked forward to playing the new pack all week and my laptop suddenly died. First World problem? Absolutely but here we are. Anyway, my laptop displayed the blue screen of death and I was crushed. My husband tried to fix it and couldn't so we checked for a new, reasonably priced laptop online. We headed to Currys Chatham and met Bradley who honestly did his best but I was set on an OLED screen and turned down all other options. I know I could order online but I really wanted to play my game okay?! So we returned to the store after a think and met Macey and Freddie. I explained the specs I wanted and we agreed on an HP laptop but was disappointed to find it wasn't actually in the stock room. Listen, I know how boring this is to read but I don't care, I can't stop and it's taking ages to set up my games so let's continue. I then settled on another laptop and after lots of searching, Macey brought it out! The store was about to close and my weekend was saved! Thank you to Freddie and Macey for giving us so much of your time and energy and for making sure I could enjoy some Sims Time this weekend. New sims Freddie and Macey Curry will soon be made. Not all heroes wear capes, they wear Currys uniform.
Seriously Currys, you're lucky to have them. Freddie was so clued up about tech and together they were a wonderful team even though your stock levels are shocking.

Probably the best currys around just watch out for the lies of the 150 pound in store vouchers when you by a 2 and a half grand tv by the sales team. you dont get it thats just to make you think your getting a better deal. Apart from them lieing to me it is a good store

Went there for a new fridge and freezer. Got EXACTLY what I wanted on the spot. Reasonable price and the lady was very helpful even if she short changed us.

Lovely Curry’s PC World shop! I’ve been here since 2019 or something. In 2019, I’ve bought some Blue Beats EP for £74.99. Today, I’ve bought some Red Beats Studio Buds for like £109 or something(for my brother ofc). Great shop as always!

My partner needed a laptop, so we went there and met an East Asian looking young man who helped us a lot in making tye our decision on which laptop to get, he listened to our requirements and needs, and showed us quote a few options until we were able to narrow it down. It is a great regret that we didn't catch his name, we thought we will find his name on the bill or any paperwork, but we didn't. This man is an asset to Curry's, or any computer department, he is well over qualified to he a sales person, we hope that he gets recognised and promoted accordingly. His knowledge in computers and the opions available is vast and impressive. He was the only east Asian looking man in the shop, so I'm sure tye store manager will recognise who I'm talking about.

I had a wonderful time shopping for a phone at Medway Currys. The store's spacious layout and efficient organization made browsing a breeze. The staff's friendly demeanor added to the positive atmosphere, and I was delighted to discover that they had the phone I wanted in stock. The service was quick and hassle-free, making it an overall excellent experience.

We have brought a gas cooker yesterday from Chatham branch and been served by Raj who helped us choose the right cooker. excellent customer services.

If you're looking for anything electrical it's all there except electric blankets and thows. Nicely laid out, and always got deals.

Very friendly, maybe give time to customers to have a look and then let us fond you if we need help. I was asked by 4 people, all with in 2 minutes of entering the stroe overall experience was good
