Efficient & friendly vets , would recommend 😍 . We have recently changed to this vets and have taken our puppy for her 1st check and vaccinations and our 5 year old dog for her health check & vaccination. We were impressed with the friendly greeting at the reception and the thorough clinical examination. The vets answered all our questions as did the lady who made our appointment on the phone . We are glad we chose this vet after a bad experience at last vets .

My kitten, Harry, had his first visit. The receptionist was absolutely lovely. Waiting area was clean. Vet was really gentle with my kitten and explained everything to me. Cost of check, vaccines and flea and worm treatment was very reasonable.I will definitely use them again and would recommend.

Went here yesterday for the first time. A great professional team, I would highly recommend them. My cat was relaxed and well looked after by Tim the veterinarian. Will definitely be using these again.

We’ve been coming to easipet for years now for our various cats. Todays visit to easipet care was very impressive. I arrived at 8am (opening time) without an appointment. The receptionist Emett was friendly and checked us in, he let us know the vet arrives at 9 and that because of booked appointments, there was a chance we’d have to wait. I’d seen the vet Tim come in early, and after seeing him a few times in waiting room, he called us in before 9am! I really appreciated this, it felt like he went out of his way for us, or started seeing patients earlier. He was kind and efficient, and explained everything about the medication very thoroughly to me. Great vet! Emett was observant and was ready to help if I seemed I needed help. There was also a female receptionist who was also friendly and had a chat to me about my cat, which made us feel at ease. Great staff and great care! Thank you so much!

Overall good experience here. In the last year their wait times have dramatically improved and vets are far nicer and more helpful than they used to be. I recommend these vets, they’ve always been very good with my pets and I’ve been happy with their service.

Hallie Dog is feeling so much better following a visit to Easipetcare Chatham. The vets and nurses were so knowledgeable and had plenty of time to talk through any questions we had.

Very friendly staff and is local to where I live. I'm never kept waiting for too long. Highly recommend to anyone. And the vet makes a little fuss of pebbles before he/she examines her. Its a shame that im having to move house to another county. Ive been with this vet 8 years for pebbles and ive been very happy with easipetcare in chatham. They always make pebbles welcome when they know she is nervous cat. Cant recommend them highly enough.

We rescued a bulldog from a back street breeder, who clearly hadn’t looked after her. We made an appointment and was greeted by Katherine who showed genuine concern for our dog, she was friendly, caring but professional as well and was really interested in what we had to say about our dog and her history (what we knew) We was then seen immediately by Emmett, who checked her over to make sure she was ok and apart from being really under weight by about 2 kilos said she looked quite healthy. Emmett then went on and weighed her and was really helpful sorting out her microchip, he spoke with the previous owner and was quite happy that we had bought the dog from him and advised us what to do going forward. We have now completed the microchipping paperwork and are waiting on the info coming back in our name.
We noticed our dogs face being quite red around her nose and rang the vets got an appointment for that afternoon and was seen by the vet who prescribed medication and gave us some hibiscrub to clean her face and within 3 days our dog was back to looking healthy again.
We then made a further appointment to get the dog vaccinated as the previous owner said he didn’t keep the paperwork, so to be on the safe side we got her vaccinated anyway. I can honestly say although we’ve only had the dog 3 weeks, when I have rung the vets they have given me an appointment within as little as half an hour, I don’t think there’s many vets where you can get in that quickly and we feel they’ve shown genuine care when looking at our bulldog.

Keep up the fantastic work, as we are really happy with the service you have given us and our bulldog feels at ease when visiting you guys - we couldn’t ask for nicer people to look after our pooch

They have a new vet in (Tim) he is very very good highly recommend him as he does what's best for your pet and not their pocket. Just hope he stays there

Would like to say a massive Thank you to all the vets & staff especially sinead Upton at Easipetcare Chatham . Treating Florence our Dog , without doubt could not be with us anymore had it not been for them xxx

Great vets and nurses who cares about pets. Super friendly staff make every visit enjoyable. Another great thing - this place is really affordable.

Recently they have put the prices up . How do these vets justify such high prices £59 for a booster injection for my dog . The vets still advertise affordable prices but tbh they are same as other vets fees . Vets are outrageous and charge huge prices for very small procedures. You will never find a vet living in a hovel that's for sure .

I got a same day appointment the vet was kind caring and compassionate with my elderly dog.

Really like these vets. Booking an appointment is easier on line. The vets are really good. They are thorough when checking your pet. I don't feel awkward asking questions.

Gabriella the vet helped me in every way with my dog. She kept me calm after she explained how serious her condition was and she told me exactly where I needed to go and what to do to help my girl. I honestly can't thank her enough!

Thank you I was really impressed with the way you dealt with my little dog holly when she had her operation yesterday very personal and everything was explained to a high standard I would definitely recommend your vetinary surgery in the future 🙂The staff were so friendly and helpful

Excellent service! I called at 8.05 and was offered an appointment for 8.40 the same day (I was actually 15 minutes late because of traffic but they still saw us immediately and with no fuss). The receptionist was friendly, helpful and welcoming and the vet that saw my cat was very professional and thorough and handled my cat brilliantly (very gentle). We were in and out in less then 20 minutes with all the appropriate aftercare. Very affordable with no unexpected costs. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend the vet was brilliant with my fear aggressive dog very patient explained everything in details took time didn’t feel rushed like at other vets - staff very welcoming and no judgment will only use easipets from now on
