My elderly parents are exploring options for a new block paved driveway. We visited the Hexham store on Thursday 24th June. My mam had a number of questions she wanted to ask. She spoke to Mark I the store and he was excellent. He answered all of her questions fully and also provided some useful information on options with regard to sealing technology for block paving. Mark was very helpful and this has helped my folks in their decision making process. Thank you to Mark and the team at Dove Hexham providing excellent customer service. 👍

We had some landscaping done and Doves supplied the materials. Great service, told us when the delivery would be and the driver did some frankly amazing reversing to get the stuff dropped in the most helpful place.

The bathroom looks amazing. Ben completed all the work, right down to the tiling, plastering and bathroom fittings. The workmanship is first class. Our home was treated with the greatest of respect, and left clean and tidy. Thank you Ben. I would highly recommend you to anyone.

Andy is a legend and so helpfully. Always ask to speak to him as he's the most switched on and very polite!

We recently fitted an en suite to our bedroom, we were pretty clueless as to exactly what we needed to kit it all out etc , thankfully Morris Dobson at doves couldn't of been more helpful. Guided us from start to finish. A pleasant change to deal with some one so helpful & trustworthy nowadays nothing was to much trouble . Would highly recommend Morris if like me you need expert advice & help.👍🏽

I needed to replace some roof tiles that had been damage in storm Arwen. Very helpful staff, especially the lady I spoke to over the telephone who put some tiles by for me to collect the next day.

Called in today and was served by a guy called Richard.......could not have been more helpful, best customer service I've seen in a long time, I left knowing a lot more about cobbles and roof slates, colours/prices/availability etc. Will defo be going back to buy.
