Ethan is a legend and deserves a pay rise and a promotion. Delivers excellence in every skill every time I visit and I am not going to lie, Ethan keeps on bringing me back to Hexham Starbucks. Proper down to earth lad, does everything amazingly and my Mango Dragonfruit refresher is always passed on-point. Called in as we usually do on the way back from Newcastle, service was excellent, served by Ethan who was fantastic, however we have noticed the last few times that the air conditioning is not working, far to warm! It must be awful for the staff let alone the customers.

What a fantastic coffee house to have on your doorstep! We’ve been for a visit this evening after having gone swimming, and the staff were just incredible - they took time to engage with my 7yr old daughter and made her feel really special! Such a warm and friendly crew and a pleasure to speak to on every visit, great job guys and girls! 🙏🏻

I go daily, great cofffee and great lively staff, always a joy, sometimes it’s busy , that’s to be expected ! But generally no real wait and I’m not talking about the drive thru as I usually sit inside. But drive thru is excellent also

Not only is the location fantastic due to access to the town outside and inside, as well as for travelling in many a capacity on the motorway. But the coffee is great, the staff are friendly and willing to help, as well as knowledgeable as most staff have come from other stores with years of experience to support the customers. It's a great place for meetings with good music and plenty of space, and access to the near by garage, subway, Gregg's and petrol pumps makes it ideal for just about anything!

It is my local store and I attend at least 5 times per week. Staff are fantastic, friendly atmosphere and free Wi-Fi. Would recommend to anyone who works local.

From the streets of the Seattle, to my local town. Absolutely beautiful, really felt like I could taste every little bean picked by Jose and his colleagues. It tasted even better knowing it was Fairtrade and that Jose would be able to enjoy family time in his quaint little Colombian house sitting down, tucking into some empanadas. Extremely friendly staff and the urinal deodoriser reminded me of first school. Would highly recommend!

I was sleepy weepy and need some go go juice .it was late & close to closing time but the young lady who served me was happy put my tied soul at ease & not a clock watcher

Great place to grab a coffee just of the main road not to much hassle. There is also a filling station with Greg’s right next door
