Awesome IBD ! Very welcoming environment. Shop is always well stocked with great bikes and huge selection of kit . Happily have my son sat at the coffee bar drinking a hot chocolate while I browse around and pick up what I need/want/wishful thinking. Will keep making the journey just to buy Trek from here !

I rarely write reviews but after moving to Tadley recently I think this place deserves one. Great range of stock, excellent prices for account holders, always a friendly greeting in store. Will be my go to bike shop, no need to buy online with this shop on my doorstep.

Amazing shop and staff. They recommended a bike for me which I purchased (and love), checked it over when I crashed (!) a few weeks later, they have a good range of bikes and clothes, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have moved out the area but still take it there for services. Due to distance, I agreed with them that I can drop off and pick up on Saturdays, but when i dropped it off they said they were quiet and could do it same day so it saved me an extra trip. They even gave me a discount on the service charge as the bike only needed a couple of small tweaks. Love this place ❤

Amazing service recieved from this bike shop, all the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone and Matt was particularly helpful when it came to collecting my chosen bike from the store and the bike has been great since.

Hands down the best bike shop to visit and order online from. Outstanding friendly service every time and approachable staff. Bike shops can sometimes feel intimidating with young cyclists working and hanging out but not this one. With a cafe style coffee machine, the service goes the extra mile.

Friendly staff, knowledgable and all round pleasure to deal with. Very much enjoying my new bike. I live 40 minutes away but have bought a couple of bikes here shunning my local stores because it's a great shop.

Want a great bike shop to order a bike from then order from pedal on.i orders one bike then changed my mind when I phoned them they very understanding and helpful . I would definitely buy another bike from them . Very happy with the service and the bike I have got from them

Fantastic store. Bought a Trek MB and got points to spend on accessories worth about 20% of the cost of the bike. The bike was delivered to me 2 weeks ahead of schedule and they were really helpful on email, responding to anything within hours.

Absolutely awesome, I called about a quote for the Cyclescheme and spoke to Adrian..... he was extremely helpful and efficient at sending the quote over. I then decided I wanted to add to the quote and this was do without any fuss.

I submitted my application and emailed Pedal On to advise them..... they reserved the items I wanted.

The following morning I had an email from Cyclescheme with my approved voucher attached.

I emailed this to Pedal On and almost immediately I had an email telling me the wheels would hopefully go to the workshop today and be dispatched...... tubeless set up with Rotors and Cassette.

Within a couple of hours I had an email telling me that they were being dispatched today and will be delivered tomorrow.

I previously bought my Trek Domane from them and they were brilliant then.

This is awesome service from Adrian and the team at Pedal On.

I cannot recommend them highly enough..... they will be my 'go-to' in the future.

Just went in for some brake pads and advice as my front end was a bit wobbly (turns out the top cap was bottoming out before full compression), the person who served me was super helpful and just added a small spacer in to allow to the top cap to compress fully didn’t charge me a thing 👍🏼 10/10 service would recommend

Bought my second bike from Pedal on this month, even though its a 92 mile round trip, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent shop with great service. To find knowledgeable, expert cycle enthusiasts who don't talk down or patronise you is a rare thing in the cycling world!

An awesome bike shop and web store, the staff always know what they're doing as they're all cyclists! While lost of other shops are running out of stock pedalon had stock in their warehouse and shipped it to my mum and it arrived in two days (4 days less than quoted).

If you need a great price for some maintenance or to have your bike fixed then I couldn't recommend them more, the shop also doesn't try and upsell anything and will just give you the items you actually need.

These independent shops needs to be supported and I cancelled my wiggle account so all of my orders are placed locally!

What a great shop. Excellent customer service from Matt and we now have two lovely mountain bikes to play with. This is the best bicycle shop I have ever used.

I got recommended this shop, plus it’s an hour drive for me from home. Fantastic service from start to finish on my whole experience. Would recommend highly. Good & quick responses from Bob via email from an initial enquiry for a Trek bike, ended up purchasing a LIV. Scott was really helpful on my two visits & helped me choose the rights accessories to go with my bike, fitted the components and showed me what I needed (and didn’t know!!) - nothing was too much effort neither a rush. Thanks so much! 😊

Fantastic service. I ordered two tyres yesterday and they arrived this morning via Royal Mail. Very good price for the tyres compared to other retailers. Will definitely use again.
