Amazing bike and a lovely team to be in communication with. The bike I picked the stepthrough freedom 400 ebike and it's brilliant. Gets me to work with ease and gets me home with lots of charge left in the battery, really easy to operate.

I've been with Hurricane since August 2021 and I'm very happy with the company, customer service, and professionalism.
I ride every day because I'm recovering from cancer and have to avoid crowds the parts get worn out so they do the maintenance regularly as part of the subscription to make sure everything is working properly.
I hope to recover to be able to ride as many miles as I can and enjoy the freedom and mental health with this excellent F100 bike.

Have had my Freedom 400 Stepthrough from Hurrecane now for 2 months. Used it for everyday commuting and have absolutely loved the whole experience! The bike has exceeded my expectations being really sleek and stylish, not bulky or cheap-looking, and seriously comfortable to ride. Customer service has been lovely, always answering within the same day. Punctured my tire last week and they came out and repaired it within 2 days! Can't recommend enough!

Really good service with very friendly and helpful staff. I leased the M350 mountain bike and found the bike itself to be exactly as advertised and very robust. The published battery life may a little optimistic, but you soon get the hang of only using the power that you need, and I found three hours of riding over some pretty steep and uneven off road terrain to be easily achievable. Also, no problems whatsoever with the return of the bike and refund of the deposit at the end of the lease period.

Ive had my Hurrecane bike for a while now - had just one problem with a flat, where the valve was leaking and they came to fix it very quickly. I've just had to return the bike as I need a knee operation and as usual they have been wonderful. Great customer service, cant do enough for you. I would highly recommend them - and by far the best value for a great bike

Amazing service, from moment I ordered to the engineer delivery of the bike 5* all over.
My son is Autistic and sadly cannot deal with taxis, busses etc... So a bike and trailer is our only option to keep his routine and keep him happy going to school.
This bike is amazing and made our daily commute (in all weather's) 100% more enjoyable and my son loves it.

Had great customer service from Mel always quick and clear with everything I need. They have been able to accommodate 2 deliveries for times I was available and the delivery guys are amazing both times! Definitely recommend hiring from Hurricane!

First impressions...

I've rented an e-bike for about 4 months now but only recently swapped bike provider to Hurrecane due to my dissatisfaction with my original provider over their poor battery range (circa 20 miles achieved in the real world vs. a claimed range of up to 110km/68m in the marketing blurb) and the virtually non-existent customer service (telephone calls and even online chat conversations going largely unanswered).

A couple of weeks in and my first impressions are all positive:

Customer Service - A real breath of fresh air! Calls and e-mails to the Customer Service team are answered promptly and efficiently. Mel who dealt with my order, from initial questions through order confirmation to scheduling delivery, has been fantastic throughout as was the delivery guy who took time out to provide a comprehensive run through of the features of the bike and to answer the questions I had.

The Bike (a Freedom 410 Hybrid) - Seems great so far; solid build quality with all of the ‘bells and whistles’ that I require. Very similar to the bike I rented initially in fact, only something like 20% cheaper!

Real world battery range - I typically look to ride between 10 and 15 miles a day and don’t want to be recharging a battery for up to 6 hours on a daily basis which was very much my experience with my original provider (even though my regular route is largely flat and the bike was only ever ridden in its lowest ‘eco’ power setting). Since taking delivery of the Hurrecane bike I am achieving something in the region of 40 miles from a single charge, again with the bike being ridden in one of the lower power settings, so job done battery only being recharged every 3 days or so rather than daily!

So all in all a couple of weeks into my Hurrecane hire am I glad to have swapped provider? Absolutely; the combination of a great product at a great price all backed by fantastic customer service puts them head and shoulders above my original provider.

Got myself a M350 and what can I say. The thing is a beast! Flys up hills where I live with ease, has turned into my daily driver and makes cycling fun again! The team are absolutely amazing and solved all issues and questions I had, have and would recommend to anybody

Just received the bike, "step through freedom 400"
Start to finish process was fine, some improvements with communication would have been better but I'm neurotic when I'm excited...so more than likely I just confused the guys in the office.
Initially I ticked pannier bags instead of theft cover but that was rectified over the phone.
Bike took 3 weeks, so 14 working days, which is as advertised.
All the staff are lovely.
The guy who delivered the bike, Tony, I think. He was wonderful and went through everything and answered all my novice questions with understanding and humour.
Small issue with battery showing full via the blue light but being on only 3 bars and dropping straight down to 1 bar after riding less than 1/2 mille but this isn't unusual as I think maybe it's at the end of its life.
I've emailed and soon will call. Hopefully this will be rectified shortly.
Overall I have no complaints as yet and I'm very excited to start getting out and about on the freedom 400!

Rented an F200 Fatbike for over a year through Hurrecane. The bike was AMAZING! It even saved my life once when a van tried to run me over.
The team at Hurrecane were very helpful with any issues I had with the bike. They even stopped by to adjust the brakes and do a tune-up.
I definitely recommend renting through them.

Really easy ordering process on the website, I was able to specify everything that I needed to place my order. I received confirmation within a couple of days and loads of contact over the next few weeks keeping me informed of the progress of my order. The delivery process was easy and flexible allowing me to get my bike delivered when it suited me. I’ve now had the bike nearly a month using it to commute to work which is around 9 miles, the bike is great, looks good and comfortable. At my level of fitness I couldn’t manage to cycle to and from work on an unassisted bicycle and I couldn’t really afford to go out and buy a new one so this has been the perfect solution. I’ve not needed to contact customer support at any point but given the ease of contacting them during the ordering process I have no worries that if they are needed they will be on hand.
Super happy with the bike and service.

I have been with HurrEcane for 2 months now and its been such a pleasant experience. The booking process was simple, the ladies that answer the phone are always courteous and happy to chat about any concerns that you may have. The bike ( I went for a 410 in the maroon colour) is comfortable and despite other reviews maybe stating otherwise, I am 20 stone man and the motor is plenty powerful enough to make the long gradual hills and steep hills on my journey to and from work a breeze, even overtaking other bikes on the way up. I like that it comes with integrated lights and the back light even pulses when you have the brakes on, to let others know you are slowing down.

I can`t fault the service and it`s saving me £200+ per month on public transport costs, so double win
