Elm Park Garden Centre

Called in to purchase a new patio set on Friday, expecting to be be delivered the week after. Staff were excellent and agreed to deliver our items that same afternoon so we could enjoy the weather this weekend. Great customer service. Thank you.

Visited Elm Park Garden Centre yesterday to buy pot plants for cemetery on looking around I found a garden bench hugely reduced spoke to assistant they delivered it early today fully assembled and the staff were so kind and helpful

Great experience, purchased some rattan furniture. Jack was highly knowledgeable on all the products, the price was competitive and items delivered within a few days. Would recommend and will return

Garden Centre is clean, bright and well stocked with a large variety of products to spend money on. Coffee shop has lovely cakes and serves cups of cappuccinos which are full not just lots of foam.

Buy our christmas tree here every year - never been disappointed. Great prices and lovely trees. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Young man offered to carry tree to car, much appreciated. Highly recommend. Great selection of Christmas decorations too.

Lovely garden centre. Great staff, always friend, helpful and go that extra mile. Fantastic selection of plants and I always feel I get excellent value. Wonderful little coffee shop on site too which does the best latte and coffee cake. A lovely place to visit for a couple of hours.

Excellent service, so lucky to have them nearby. I was on the phone placing an order at 9am (they were clearly busy as the lines were engaged from the moment they opened) However, my items were delivered safely just under 2 hours later! Unbeatable and will definitely be using again :)

Bought a large parasol which was in stock. The team were super helpful as usual and the item was delivered the next day. I highly recommend Elm Park.

To the person who was appalled to see two elderly people being made to queue. I dont actually think they made them queue, I assume there were no handcuffs involved :-). I suspect they queued at their own will, like every one else. We are in a pandemic and everyone has to queue to adhere to social distancing. I've been to this garden centre recently and they are adhering to government guidelines really well to ensure their customers and staff are kept safe whilst offering an amazing service and beautiful plants and garden products. Its lovely to see a local family run business supporting their staff and local community. Well done to you all.

Elm Park is a proper family run garden centre with friendly, helpful staff. Lovely plants at reasonable prices and a comprehensive range of garden equipment. At the moment they have a great display of Halloween and Christmas products.
Also there is plenty of parking and they are right next door to a coffee shop.

Its a lovely garden centre. A bit pricey on certain stuff but overall a nice place to visit. They do great displays over Halloween and Christmas. Worth a look even if you don't need to buy anything.

Wide variety of plants and shrubs. Clean environment with good selection of garden products. Friendly staff and very helpful. Visit regularly and is easy to park.

My grandparents went to the garden centre to buy some plant food and seeds.

Upon returning home, my grandmother noticed the seeds were missing. Confused, they phoned the garden centre saying they didn't have them. Checking, as they were the last seeds of their kind in the store.

The staff kindly decided to check CCTV.

It turns out, the seeds had been left in the trolley after loading the car, and a some man an hour later, decided pocket them, rather than returning them to the tills. The staff offered my grandmother a refund for the inconvenience, which is amazing.

My grandparents wanted me to write this review to thank the staff at Elm Park for helping them with this odd situation.

Lovely little place with healthy plants and a good range of gardening stuff! All nicely spread out and easy to browse. Highly recommend.

If you need flowers, plants, garden equipment or different soils and composts - this is the ideal place. This garden centre is cheaper than the other places!!!!!

I went to Elm park this morning it is well organised the one way layout means that you can stay safe and they some lovely plants .It is a family business and they have been wonderful delivering items locally when they were not allowed to open . Please support them they deserve to do well.

A good selection of plants 🪴 and garden equipment. All reasonably priced.
