Honestly, Ryan and the wards Chatham tram were great. They were so understanding of my needs and got me a quick sale (under 10 days offer was accepted) Ryan really couldn't do enough for me, keeping me updated all along rhe way. Explaining anything I didn't understand. Would recommend everytime for sale or purchase! Honestly the best!

An absolutely pleasant experience buying my first home. From start to finish, from Ryan and Prav doing their utmost to find a property that suited all my needs, to ultimately the gold star that is Judy Day. Judy was amazing throughout, such a lovely lady she was supportive and helpful, truly a guiding hand throughout the process and cannot be appreciated enough.

A very good company,I've used them a few times in the past,when I negotiate Wards my main thought was have a good company to sell my house in these trying times,I've followed the housing market closely and Morgage rates and at the time and aware of housing market slump,but I wanted to move and to get back with my family the other end of the country,Wards new this and did their jobs well in these difficult times and gave me plenty of advice on the way ,the house was sold a year later 2024 using several adjustments on the way for pricing but Wards was doing their best ,my house price hit a realistic figure to fit in with the current market conditions and it was all go then ,it was a trying year for me but we got there in the end,My wife and I would like to thank all the team at Wards in Chatham for achieving this for us ,a very special thanks to Ashley based at Rochester branch he played an important role encouraging us to keep pushing forward,Judy Sales progress that lady was with us non-stop she followed the sale everyday with lots of updates making us feel better on the characteristics of this sale ,she was tireless 😊but now we got to the end ,we manage to leave Kent for the West country and join our family,My wife and I both want to really thankyou all of you at Chatham and Rochester branch for doing a great Job Thankyou Wards your company has never let me Down Kind regards Mr &Mrs Canning.

I had a great service from Jesse and Prav at wards Chatham who told me about purchasing property’s and great mortgage services . I initially was enquiring about rentals.

5 years ago I bought my first home with Wards Chatham!

I wish that when it came to selling my house earlier this year, that I had gone straight back to them! I stupidly wasted my time with another estate agent who promised me the world, under delivered and to be frank…wasted my time.

But Brendon and his team know their stuff. They’re professional, efficient, diligent and personable. Brendon, Ryan and Judy collectively made my selling experience in a climate that is extremely tough…Easy.

I went to Wards on a whim! Earlier this year as my contract was coming to an end with my then Agent.

I was greeted by Prince & Amrit who were both very friendly, extremely knowledgeable & polite.

From the word Go! They instantly made me feel comfortable and well at ease before, during and after the whole transaction of the sale of my property.

They were efficient and very hands on and took away any reservations that I had during the process.

Prince kept me updated at all times and so I knew exactly what stage(s) the sale of my house was at and he never left me in the lurch about anything, so this made things even more relaxed and easier to deal with.

The turnaround was unexpectedly fast and I could not fault a thing!

They remained courteous, positive and professional throughout the whole process.

They kept their word, worked great as a team and delivered exactly what they promised!

Senior Branch Manager, Ashley blythe has been really helpful towards myself and my partner on buying our first house. He booked in our viewing, called us after the viewing to see how it went. He deals with everything professionally and very quickly, any queries I had/have he answers without any issue or delay. Very pleased with the service we have been provided and would like to thank him a lot for all the help so far. I have no doubt if any issues arise after sale is complete Ashley would do what he can to resolve them.

I am extremely pleased with the way the sale of my house was handled by Watds of Chatham Estate Agents. We completed the sale of our house on 21st July, 2023. Our main point of contact was Prince Nwaiwu and he provided a seamless service. From the outset all went very smoothly. Ashley Blythe of Wards of Kent was an absolute Star. His enthusiasm and energy to push the sale through to completion was just what was required. His advice to assist with the down selection of prospective buyers proved to be spot on, and he got the drumbeat of routine contact with ourselves just right. I cannot fault the service we received from Wards - genuinely 1st Class.

I split from my ex & moved away from the area. It was not amicable. The overall sale took a long time but its only because of the outstanding work by Tash & colleagues that it happened at all. Wards negotiated the sale price up. They worked with all parties involved, keeping me up-to-date and working tirelessly & proactively to resolve delays, manage any issues & drive the sale forwards. Staff at the office including Ash the manager were all friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. A confidence inspiring service. Great value for money & I'd recommend them highly. Everything you could want from an Estate Agent.
