Just brilliant. Lovely garden centre, has an amazing selection of plants: out door and in door. Really interesting gift and house decor. The cafe is amazing. Lovely cream tea & food. You can really tell that quality is what they are aiming for. All food looked fresh. Amazing selection. Only complaint is the tea pot spout needs a little bit more attention to clean. But par that the cafe is super clean with lovely views, lots of space and the staff are very friendly. Really enjoyed the visit and will be coming again shortly. Spent about 3 hours just walking around and enjoying the beautiful garden centre.

Only popped in for one item as another didn't have it, and I was very surprised! Will absolutely be making frequent visits. They have everything and staff are fantastic. Dog friendly with a fantastic pet section. Brilliant for natural/raw pet goods. I personally found prices to be much lower than I expected.

Great disabled parking and access. Brilliant wheelchair access, as well as wheelchairs available to borrow. Looking forward to my next visit.

My only criticism is that cash isn't accepted, so do be aware of that.

Friendly service, good coffee, and a great place to buy plants as they are well cared for and in great condition; the staff are knowledgable and - oh joy! - the trees and shrubs are arranged alphabetically.

We were a party of 5 adults and one little girl. We were royally looked after by Mary. Nothing was too much trouble. Bella loved talking to her. The food was delicious, room temperature not chilled like most cafes. You could taste the freshness. It was impossible to eat it all so we brought it home with happy memories and plans for another visit soon.

Great garden centre, plenty to have a look around, also a great restaurant to sit back and relax, staff are friendly, knowledgeable and have time to help you. Plenty of parking, good layout and dog friendly. Will be back 😀

My daughter and I had an afternoon tea booked today for her 27th birthday. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Mary who looked after us. She put a lit candle in a cake when she brought out the Afternoon tea. She was so lovely.
The food was beautiful and Mary refilled the teapot without us even having to ask. Excellent service.
We will definitely return and highly recommend!! 🫖🍰

Beautiful place. The plants and gardening areas are so well stocked and plenty of polite helpful staff to help you. The restaurant is really good. The food is hot and it's clean . Lovely outside area with beautiful views. This place is also dog friendly. There's so much there from house goods to clothing and footwear. I'm afraid I have to go back and have another look. Good parking too. The only thing I didn't like was the bowls of dog water were dirty or had something floating in them. Other than that defo recommend going here.

Very good place. Restaurant was very good and i wish i had lunch as it looked very good. Deli bar had a selection of cold meats and salads and the roast looked yummy. All staff were polite and a credit to the place and the whole place was very clean

Wonderful place. 'Mark' who works in the planetaria was very helpful and didn't make me feel rushed at all, even though there were lots of customers.
The coffee was delicious, as was the cream egg cheesecake.
All in lovely surroundings.
Oh yes, and the check out lady was friendly too.
Plus the toilets were clean, actually smelt nice, were large and a pleasure to walk in to!

Called for Coffee & Cake after Cycling along the Canal. Very nice cake. Not really cheap but I would say it was worth the money as I had to being Half Home. Oat Milk Latte was good too. 👍

Had lunch here today, fast and friendly service as normal, great tasting hot food and a lovely airy restaurant, what more could one want, keep up the great work guys & girls

Spent most of the day at Highfield Garden World today. So much to see, fantastic selection of plants & super restaurant. All staff I spoke to were very polite & helpful. I recommend a visit there, excellent 👏👏

I went there with a friend and I've got impressed. Looking only from the outside, you cannot imagine how big it is inside and how diverse its products are. They have beautiful products with good quality and fair prices.

Absolutely love this place. The team they have in the restaurant are amazing! Beyond the food that's consistently up to temp, tasty, presented well and very enjoyable, the team are also what makes this place a great place to come to, always happy, friendly, welcoming and just a pleasure, you can't help but smile, it's infectious. I branded the ladies Charlie's Angels but the chaps are just as great. Today I spent my birthday morning here and the team went out of their way once they knew to make it an even better day with their jolly personalities. It's hard to find great staff like these guys so to have a restaurant full of them is an achievement you must protect. Thank you, I'll be back again soon for sure!!

We enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea with gorgeous scones, tasty and plentiful sandwiches and a wide variety of cakes. The table was beautifully laid in a pleasant corner of the restaurant. Our staff member Toby was really attentive without being intrusive and as well as providing more tea he brought us bags at the end to take home any remaining food.

We were greeted by a Lady named Mary who showed us to our table and looked after us the whole afternoon we had afternoon tea it was sublime we will definitely be going back Mary is a fantastic asset to Highfield Garden World 10/10

I am coming to Highfield gardens adult day Healthcare center and i love this place. All staff members are professionals who are taking care of us. Thank you to Homa,Berta,Sharon and Rita go provide us with the most interesting activities. Our nurses Leya and Lena for their care, our social workers Larisa and Flora,physical therapy is very important for me and Margaret is doing great job. Thanks to Yulia who is doing her job as director very well. I am very happy here
