Attwoolls Outdoors

This is THE place to go for outdoors and camping stuff. We drove a hour here on advice of a friend who lives locally and didn't regret it.

They have everything. And I mean everything for your outdoor adventures. We ended up walking away with a tent and a whole bunch of furniture and don't regret it one bit. They are super helpful and knowledgeable, and will help you find things to fit your needs even if you aren't quite sure what you need.

There are tons of tents etc up in display so you can get a proper feel for them. Absolutely come visit here!

It's also well worth visiting the cafe as the food and cake is fantastic.

Very large outdoor camping gear store with a vast range of camping equipment including tents, sleeping gear, kitchen utensils, electrical supplies and repair products. The store also boasts its own cafe for those who build an appetite exploring the entire store. Great place to acquire everything you need to go on a camping trip. There is plenty of parking available and the store is open on Sundays.

We drove up to Attwoolls today to look at the possibility of a drive-away awning for our Nissan NV200. Now if you know this vehicle, it is seen as a micro camper and is quite small. The staff where fantastic, taking the time to measure our van, tour the awning hall to see what would fit, and then offering a small discount on a beautiful display model which would fit our van. An awning rail was also required, no problem, they helped with that also and a drive away kit. 10/10 for this company, they where just brilliant.

Went with my dad to look for an awning for his camper. There’s a great range of choice for camping (tents) and awnings for campers and caravans.
I was really impressed with the sheer range of accessories too. We had a cake and coffee at the cafe.

Went in to get a new mattress for my pop top after seeing they were one of the only places to stock all the options I was looking at. In-store they have pretty much every mattress on show to try and they were kind enough to let me take them out to van.

Overall, fantastic range, great friendly staff, great prices. The only negative is that I didn't find them soon. My new favourite outdoor shop!

Very good camping shop with a large range of products. The staff know their stock well and are happy to offer useful advice and tips. We have been coming here from Bristol for over 20 years and have bought many products over that time, many of which we still use.

My first order from Attwoolls, I ordered an air tent. Website was easy to use, delivery was super quick. There was a tiny little issue with the order but it was delt with super quick, customer service was excelent. I would recommend them, and will use in the future.

What a fantastic company to deal with, when purchasing a motorhome drive away awnings the staff were very knowledgeable and certainly knew there stuff, the following day when trying the awning purchased I had a problem with a zip and rang Attwoolls and again staff fantastic and very helpful ( I was having a senior moment and problem was me not the awning ) I will certainly recommend any one looking to purchase camping, caravan or motorhome items to go to Attwoolls.

Nice spacious store, I think you'd be hard pushed to not find what you needed and a lot of stuff you don't need for camping and caravaning. Slow service in their café though so we decided not to wait.

I was in the market for an awning and found myself in a minefield with so many options and methods of attaching to my van. I started looking online and YouTube which is where I found attwoolls. Their videos gave me such a good idea of what's what and how it all works.

I did have to call them to ask a few further questions which when answered enabled me to make a decision.

I received my awning the next working day, went camping this weekend and absolutely loved it! I referred to the YouTube videos which also show how to put the equipment up and can't thank attwoolls enough!

I'm sure their pricing is competitive but didn't even bother looking anywhere else because I felt that the effort theyve gone to, to make all the content and assistance id pay what they're asking.

I'm clearly a very happy customer and highly recommended this company

After watching all the detailed videos that Attwoolls do I decided on 2 tents. Spoke then on phone about them both, given lots of info and made my decision. Paid a deposit and paid rest when I collected. It was about 2 months and they were happy to keep for me. Got a great discount on tent bundle also. Love that I can at anytime watch video of putting up and down my tent from their website also.

There is a vast selection of camping, backpacking and hiking equipment at Attwools. Also casual clothing and coats. There's a good value cafe on site which does cooked breakfasts.

Visited this store today and received some really helpful advice from Sophie. Large store with lots of choice! Well behaved dogs allowed which is always a selling point for us! I believe I saw a coffee shop and toilets on site too.

Quality ladies cloths, outdoor wear coats plus tents and everything required to camp out. Cafe and of course very helpful staff always.

On a tour of the UK in our camper van and ran out of toilet blue! Stocked up and also bought an inflatable canoe which was on offer. Has everything for your camping needs.

Excellent customer service. I bought a pair of Vango self-inflating mattresses from Attwoolls on-line just over a year ago and one of them developed a faulty valve. I braced myself for a confrontation with the company and assumed I'd get nowhere, as is so often the case now with on-line faceless companies. However, I was so pleased by the rapid, polite and efficient response I had. I had a few email exchanges and all were handled immediately by either Emma or Mike. The upshot was that, via Vango, they honoured the guarantee and replaced the item. For future on-line outdoors needs I will certainly look here first and highly recommend them to others. Thank you!
