World of Water Aquatic Centre Gloucester

Lovr this place. Not the cheapest but the staff are so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I've brought from other retailers and have had diseased fish or fish in very poor conditions. The fish all,look very healthy, never lost one through any disease issues. Thank you everyone. 😊

Good selection of fish with accessories, next door to a garden centre with restaurant for coffee and cake, also the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Absolutely amazing staff. They go above and beyond for customer's. Especially Nat. Wouldn't go anywhere else for fish. If I could have given more star's I would have.

The aquatic department as always extremely helpful and great service. The cafe, however, was miserable staff and very expensive. Then no cash payment policy is detrimental to customer choice, until this policy changes we will not be using the cafe again.

I absolutely love this place. I have bought all my fish from them and they have all remained happy and healthy, no problems at all. One of them turned in to a bit of a bully so I returned him with no quibble. The team are very patient, on hand to answer questions and are generally really nice to talk to. Big shout out to Craig for his help today (sorry, I don’t know anyone else’s name!).
I won’t buy my fish from anywhere else.

Really good customer service. I have used these guys for many years now and they are very customer-centric. If something isn’t right in my experience they will put you first to resolve the situation rather than themselves. Not that things should be expected to go wrong, but it’s great to know that their philosophy is ‘As long as you are happy...’. A good team who take the time to get to know you and will look after you.

Love this place. The knowledge the staff have is unreal. Always happy to help. Fish are healthy and happy compared to other places. Highly recommended

Lovely place i went there today with a problem staff we fantastic they help me with an ammonia spike in my tank all sorted i will always go back for my stuff and advice wish i could give more stars

My first time visiting here and I only wish we had more time to look around the cafe services nice food and good portion sizes which more than make up the slightly high prices.
The aquatic Centre which was the main reason we came had an excellent selection of livestock and equipment and after a brief walk around the garden centre we noticed the plants are of very good quality and all look well established.

Always had a great experience here but yesterday's visit made me particularly happy
Upon realising that our pond pump had gone kaput. we admitted defeat that this visit to the shop was going to cost us a lot of money.
However upon talking to (jack 18yo super genius) shop assistant he told us to go home get the unit , and he works on it for 15mins , hey presto fixed... £12.50 later of a new inpellor we walks away very happy indeed

Staff are super friendly and extremely helpful.

All staff are really knowledgeable in most areas.

They sell products hard to get, invert safe copper for example.

They always provide me with a brilliant customer service A+++

This is also a very dog friendly place.

They love dogs of all shapes and sizes even when they pee on them.

In all fairness this is my favourite place to shop and the staff are an absolute credit to the world of water brand.

Management should be proud of the team they have built because it shows with good feedback the customers speak high of the staff.

I will always shop here as long as they don’t get rid of the staff!

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Lovely range of fish and accessories. We bought a tank an everything tk go with it, they have been fantastic with giving advice and very patient with my 3 year old as she's been choosing her fish.

Great shop and caters for everything you need especially marine fish

The place was really nice, they have a variety of fish and the staff were very friendly. The staff seem to know a lot about the different species of fish that they house and this is very useful when it comes to the efficiency of service. Overall, I was very pleased with my purchase :)
