Arbow Garage

First time using Arbow Garage, and it was a good experience. I'll certainly be using them again. I was quoted a price which was kept too. It's a busy garage, but you can see why. Happy with the service received.

A well run garage, professional and friendly. Sarah and Lisa are on the ball and very welcoming. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else, and everyone we have recommended to go here are also happy with their service.

Yet again, Arbow Garage comes up trumps. Literally the best Garage ever. I'd never take my car anywhere else. Honest, reliable and extremely friendly service. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic service, friendly staff, and much cheaper than I feared! Definitely lived up to their claim of being female friendly. Hadn't yet found a garage I trusted in Totnes but I will definitely use Arbow from now on.

My brakes had seized and the AA took me down to Arbow. Had to leave the car with them for a few days and they were very understanding. Good communication all round and the women in the office were particularly friendly, doing a great job of explaining what exactly had gone wrong and what they had done to fix it.

The car was already booked in for a full service, when the day before I was due to take it in, the battery failed. Arbow garage sorted everything out very promptly and professionally, and the pricing was reasonable and transparent. Communications were exemplary, really pleased and my car now drives better too. They deserve your custom.

Cannot rate highly enough! We were on holiday staying in Totnes in Devon and our car had to be fixed. I took the car to Arbow on the strength of previous reviews and I am so glad I did. All the staff are professional, courteous and honest and went out of their way to get us back on the road. Sean was the mechanic who fixed our car and I cannot thank him enough. If I was local without hesitation this is the garage I would use. 10/10

I am really happy with the work carried out on my BMW by Arbow. After ringing around multiple garages, I was shocked at how little Arbow charge for labour per hour compared to other places. I had my rear brakes and sensor changed at 50% less the cost of a main dealer. They were fast, friendly, and I was even able to take a work call outside and they brought the card machine to me to save me going in.

I have no doubt that I will bring my car back here in the future for MOT and servic work.

On Holiday in the area and brake discs and pads needed urgently replacing. Contacted Arbow garage an d they came back to me almost immediately with the cheapest price and the earliest date/time. Took the car in and it was all done within two hours so we could continue our holiday. Thank you to everyone for the pleasant efficient service would recommend to anyone.

Well what can I say?
Highly recommended and another ten stars just wouldn't be enough.
I have been a customer of Arbow Garage for some 14 years now, in that time I have seen many changes, moving from the tiny little workshop round the back to the state of the art premises they now have, to changes in the staff. I have seen the business go from strength to strength. This can only have been achieved by the hard work and dedication of the staff and the loyalty of customers, who like me and many others just keep coming back because of, well here are just some of the reasons why I keep coming back.
EXCELLENT SERVICE, the staff are always cheerful and happy to help. The Free Collection and Delivery service is so useful and nothing is ever to much trouble.
WORKMANSHIP, top quality by experienced and knowledgeable technicians, you will never get a box of bits left over after a major repair, this I know from experience.
PRICES, competitive because in this world they have to be and fair because they are at Arbow Garage.
Oh and just one more thing!!!!!
LADIES, I know that walking into a garage environment for the first time can be quite intimidating for some, well NOT here, everyone is welcomed the same.

Arbow Garage are efficient, helpful, reliable professional and well priced, with a great team of mechanics.
They have looked after our cars for years and now do the same for our sons - our youngest son travels down from London to have his van serviced/fixed as he feels they are more trustworthy here.
Over the years they have got us out of trouble on more than one occasion. My wife & I can’t say enough about Arbow. Our thanks and assured loyalty to this super-friendly garage.

I came across Arbow purely by chance yesterday at a time of serious need. I wish I had found them years ago! All that has been said in the other reviews - and more - describe my own experience. The team at the garage were friendly and informative; they made me feel that they had time for me and the issues about my car. In the end their helpfulness resulted in no business coming their way, but my good-will is assured and I will certainly mention them to friends whenever appropriate. Thank you!

Rarely am I so motivated by good service to go as far as writing a review, but I have to with Arbow. I juggle a full time job with looking after two small children and freelancing. There are not enough hours in the week to get everything done so when car hassles come up it is a nightmare. However Arbow are nothing but helpful, constructive, hardworking and efficient.

The collect and drop off my car for FREE while I'm at work! The BEST. By the time the working day is done, I come out and it's back and they have done a fab job. They are thorough and professional and I really do trust them. They don't take advantage of you if you don't know cars, and they don't overcharge for tiny things - eg when my number plate fell off and I popped in and they fixed it for free. I love them. I had a very bad experience with a deeply unscrupulous garage around the corner (whom I reported to Trading Standards), and Arbow are at the other end of that spectrum. Use them! You won't regret it. A real garage with real people and real integrity. What every town needs.
