Excellent, friendly and professional service. I would highly recommend.
Mike was great and kept in contact with us via text, during our delayed train journey and was waiting at the station to collect us even though we were an hour late arriving. The journey to Hope Cove was smooth and Mike kept the conversation flowing.
I would definitely use the company again.

Mike was brilliant! Although Cross Country trains delivered us to Totnes an hour late he was there waiting for us. We had been texting during our eventful journey so it was comforting to know we would have no problems on the last lap.

Mike was amazing. Upon arriving into Totnes Station we were met by our driver. He was prompt, kind, courteous and hilarious. Mike kept our jet lag at bay as he shared stories and information about the area. We loved him so much we hired him again later during our stay. We were very impressed and really enjoyed our time together. Best taxi ride ever!

Mike and his team - Steve and Yusimi - are awesome!!! I booked with him weeks in advance. He was responsive and confirmed right away. When 1 trip turned to 2 and returns and extra fares they were all so flexible and accommodating. Moreover they made me and my family feel welcome and served as seasoned ambassadors for Devon and amazing contributors to our wonderful trip to the south. Mike is an awesome person and has great customer service, but also shares his humanity with all his passengers. It was a beautiful and unexpected treat!! I wish I could pack him and the team and bring them to our side of the pond!! I give my highest recommendation and left his cards all over Hope Cove! Call him and he will make it happen!!!

During our weekend stay in Totnes, Mike and the team provided such an exceptional service getting us from A to B - what is usually a silent journey became a time of laughs, learning about the local area and actually being a part of the weekend that we will remember for a long time as a family. Mike is a kind and caring person, and that reflects throughout - couldn’t recommend him enough!

Station Cabs in Totnes is the best! Amazing service -- as I really thought I might be stranded in pouring rain with no way to get to Challaborough, Mike was so gracious and lovely and collected me with perfect timing. He was wonderful to talk with about the area -- and life in general. What a great welcome to this gorgeous area. I will definitely call up Station Cabs and Mike when I'm in Totnes again.

Mike was very helpful. We had found ourselves arriving in Totnes at 23.10 and tried to arrange a taxi while on the train. Mike said he would swing by the station after his previous fare and indeed he did. A stressful situation resolved Thank you Mike. Excellent service. John and Jane South Brent.

A fantastic service from Mike and Station Cabs. After a long haul flight I wasn’t sure which train I would be arriving on. He was really great and gave me two arrival times
for whichever train I was able to make . I could not thank him enough for this to know the cab would be waiting for me

Very impressive service! Waited when my train was delayed and sent reassuring texts to confirm. Then sorted a last minute return taxi with no fuss. All this and a very friendly and interesting driver! 5stars!

Great communication throughout, a really slick and professional service with lots of friendly conversation and local insight. Phoned Mike a week before our visit to Staverton in Devon to book a taxi to and from Totnes at 18.45 and return at 22.00
He was there early and was happy to change the return to 21.00. Again waiting for us.

Great reliable service; very easy to book with texts from Mike to confirm booking even at late hours. Very pleasant and friendly driver. First class service all around. I definitely would use the company again.

Mike took us to Plymouth for day out. Once we booked he confirmed by text, turned up early (but told us not to rush!), and offered to bring Prosecco for our celebration day! Was no problem picking us up at 10pm for our return journey, great chat throughout. Highly recommend, would use again.

Station Cabs Tones were wonderful. Booking was straightforward and confirmed by text. Then at the last minute on the day the provided an extra car to ferry additional people to the wedding. When the booked taxis failed to turn up to ferry the bride, bride's father and bridesmaids to the registry office, they doubled back and collected them as well. Finally, at midnight they came to pick up from the reception 40 minutes away and took on an extra passenger, diverted to drop them off and took us all back to Totnes. What wonderful and helpful service.
